Well I guess Riddhima could have been 5-7 years old and Vansh few years older. Maybe Vansh was behind the driver seat while his father was letting him drive and unexpectedly he hits Riddhima's car. Vansh's father covers for his son with his power and send Riddhima to the orphanage. Vansh's father makes sure that Riddhima gets all the money support through years. Maybe Vansh married Riddhima because he knows this connection.
