"He" is neither kabir nor vansh.

Coz kabir wants her to find it nd vansh is the person who is scared if she finds out.

So the "he" here is the actual killer.He is the person who would be affected if riddhima finds out his doing.So the "he" could be rudra  chacha or ajay or any other family member.

In a recent article rudra said that he wud be doing something grey.

I feel vansh s family member is the reason for parents death thats why he is scared.
