She was always shown as a kind and naive woman, in today's modern world, which is rather odd. She had no self-respect when she was Kabir's Riddhima and she has no self-respect now also when she is Vansh's Riddhima. Her character at its core is a kind woman who is obsessed with love. There is strength in her kindness is what they portray her as. Which is premium level bullshit. No one today has the capacity to be taken for a ride and walked over by any person. Debate as much as you want, but either some people have no voice at all and allow themselves to be trampled or they are upfront and upright in character, and take no shit from anyone. So Riddhima, IMO, is a grey character as well, where her kindness is her strength and her obsession with love is her weakness which nullifies all that strength in a nanosecond.
Coming to the episode, for once I felt this time Riddhima is not giving me the right vibe. The precap, her dialogue, "Jahaan pyaar hota hai,wahan khone ka darr bada hota hai", the way she said that the strange calm and quiet in her demeanor came off as strength of character, but looked rather unnerving and scary. I am not saying that she will turn negative or a troublemaker. But something has surely changed. She was thinking something and saying something else it seemed. I had the same feeling when Vansh had told bullet wounded unconscious Riddhima, post the Anupriya kaand, "Abhi tak aisa bahut kuch hai jo tumhare saath karna hai mujhko", woh wala dialogue bhi bahut unnerving laga tha mujhko, and see what transpired after that. Isiliye bol rahi hu. Yaa to kuch gadbad hai or I am reading too much.
Not at all even I felt a negative wibe from Ridhima she was speaking way differently. And these negative wibe force me to think - she is tara of this season obsessed lover😏 or she is upto something but the way she was looking at vansh and the way she spoke all things are negative , I felt that negative vive even when vansh was apologizing, seemed like she wanted this to happen ,like vansh uske paron par gire😳.
