Eijaz ka kehna k rahul ya aly k liye wo peechay hat jayega clear tha k ye aly k liye eijaz ka beshumaar pyar hai pata nai kyun lekin aly bauhat achay se n aaram se manipulate kar leta hai.

Aly and rahul ek dusray k liye hain abhi rahul eijaz ki side isliye tha coz rubina se fight thi n ali isliye bol raha tha coz nikki se nai ban rahi.

LF ki clips main dekha hai mazak uraya hai aly ne captaincy task pe bhi eijaz ka nikki ko pehle ladd karta tha is baat ka bhi n suna raha tha to eijaz ne keh bhi diya garden main tera haq hai tu bol le like seriously.

Rubina ne pehle eijaz ko habshi kaha jis pe aly tak ne kaha ye kya keh rahay ho aap and then sab ghar walon ko bhi kaha n donon baar mute kiya gaya to ab koi debate ki zaroorat nai k ghalat tha ya nahi.

Hope vikas gets well soon and eijaz ki movie date work kar jaye so he doesn't have to leave the show.

Yeah that’s what I googled. Hapsi wasn’t beeped?

I half forwarded that Sonali was annoying me.

But cause Hapsi and habshi are so close.

Also and I could be wrong but could it be that in Hindi Hapsi comes from the Urdu word Habshi which means the N word.

Being a linguistics minor I cannot help but think that that word could have originated from the Urdu word and often times all the negative connotations that people associate with the colour black and ultimately black people.

In South Africa the brown people there call the black folks as Ravanas (it’s meant to be derogatory). Black is often associated with Indian mythology and a rakshish. In anyway this is just me going into the history of the word and I digress but the bottom line is Hapsi meaning gluttony and Habshi meaning N word could very well be interchangeable and if that is the case then Rubina definitely is wrong. Maybe even though it was used in a commonly used Hindi term (as I have been reading) nonetheless.

That can be taken as a racist word hence it’s a grey area for me personally.

I definitely like Rubina I find her to be a very self strong and self assured woman. I don’t agree she can’t do any wrong but what she does wrong is amplified a million times over any other contestant and their behaviour.

If she was a man she’d be applauded for everything an she’s being chided for that’s for sure. Case and point Rahul V and Ali and of course from last year Shukla.

Of the entire lot in the house I like Rubina better. I used to have a soft corner for Ejaz but he doesn’t stay loyal and he behaves like a victim too much and too conveniently for the likes of me.

If Rahul, Ali, Ejaz and for that matter even Abhinav was as targeted as Rubina often is all

Of these men would lose their shots a long time ago.

And yes she is on everyone’s target list. For someone who is boring and does nothin an but eat apples and peel potatoes they sure like to plot and plan against her a lot. लोल

Sonali asks Aly why mirchi is less in the food.

Aly says: Sab ka pet kharab hain.

It is used in context of food

Hapshi/Habshi is the same word. It’s an old arabic word. Arabs used to call Ethiopians (Africans) habshi (in a non racist way).

Over time Habshi entered Hindi/Urdu vocab and was used for Africans (in a racist manner) and initially it also mean’t to describe someone eating a lot (due to the ignorant belief that starving sub Saharan Africans ate a lot if they ever found food). Over time the reason for calling people who ate a lot Habshi was forgotten.

I’ve heard the term habshi being used for both eating a lot and for describing Africans in a derogatory manner like oye woh banda habshiyon ki tarah pagal hogaya tha (that guy went wild like Africans). So it is definitely an ignorant word to use.

Having said that, Ruby didn’t mean it in a racist manner but she was for sure ignorant for using said term lol

Mein Quora pe Gaya dhoondne what hapshi means ...it means hogging over food ..but even BB GT confused between hapshi and habshi so beeped the word. But clearly the context was food toh hapshi bola Hoga na 🤔
