The ending was heart wrenching cause I felt so bad for Ulfat towards the end. I still didn't feel a bit sorry for Shafaq even with her showing sympathy in the end. To me she was only doing it because she knew Ulfat was dying soon and she didn't want her to die with grudges in heart. The last scene with Shahan and Ulfat... 😭. So sad, so amazingly executed. I think that's one thing this drama had a few of. Some iconic romantic moments. Be it this or the pakora in baarish moment early in the show, there were quite a few heartwarming moments. The only thing I wanted was to see what happened though with Shahan, Shafaq, and the kid in the end. Maybe 2 minutes only would have been enough.
In my opinion, I actually loved the entire show. It was illogical in many ways, no doubt. But I don't see what's wrong with some unrealisticness. It's a drama. We don't need to see "real life" everyday. Isn't it stressful enough especially nowadays. In other countries too there are dramas that have such far fetched unrealistic stories that wouldn't happen. Some American shows are like that and even some K-dramas I have seen stories that are unreal. But it's ok. It was a good show and let's face it, 5-6M+ people were watching it each week. 4-4.5M on HUM TV, 1-1.3M on HUM Dramas (they deleted them for some reason, and 300-400K on HUM TV Dramas. To each his own opinion though, this is just mine. I really liked it and the only thing would be there should've been some more light heartedness like there was in beginning. End mein toh poora masala drama kar diya.
Will miss it lots. Wednesday ke saare favorite shows chale gaye. Deewangi, Jalan, and Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida were the 3 Musketeers for me 😆
