Mohan as a neutral person had observed him and well everyone in the family while staying there. He isn't blinded by any relation or emotion for him except for humanity. That gives him clearer mind and makes him things for what they are and see people for who they are.

Vansh and his mood swings even preggo Ishani doesn't have them as much as him.😆

Thank you yes Aryan is changing slowly but not entirely for proper change to happen he needs to get out of his negative feelings which he harbor for Vansh and get out from the influence of his mother. Slowly things will happen. I won't say the whole family but the ones who truly care for her and the ones who are somewhat changing others are still selfish much but itna toh karna banta hai for humanities sake.
