I actually have, cos am over the phase of love to hate part and it seems so forced... Plus Suk ki acting too didn't seem natural to me.

Itna log cheer karte rehte hai 🤣🙈. They have overdone it so much, aur kuch bhi pagalpan tha. After few minutes I changed the channel. I would love to know your views! As you have some idea.

That's awesome! I had seen the regional version, which is much ahead. So I have a basic idea, so you can discuss. Only thing is names are different, so you will have to talk in terms of relations. As I don't know character names.

Okay, so Anupama's eldest son is Paritosh/Toshu

Middle son is Samar (He has been her supporter since the beginning)

Daughter's name is Pakhi.

Kinjal is Paritosh's wife. She has been very vocal about Anu's issues & even went against Toshu & supported Anu when they first knew about Vanraj's affair.

So yesterday she came back from Honeymoon and roasted Van royally.

My unpopular opinion is regarding Samar. I mean he is always prasied for being Anu's support but sometimes I feel it does have a lot to do with his penned up resentment too because he wasn't an overachiever like Toshu & Van always looked down upon him. Sometimes I feel that's why he is more attached to his mother & it didn't take much to stand against his father.

I feel Kinjal is the actual supporter of Anu because she doesn't have any previous relation with this family. She came, she witnessed, she picker her side.

What do you think?

That rain one I had loved, cos it was still genuine, and straight. Am just talking about confession here. R did that and this was P ka confession.

Ek toh it was dragged, that's okay. Then she was in Santa costume, and till end R had to literally beg for confession... and P was over doing it, maja karne ka bhi limit hota hai. Don't do for the sake. So hated.

Oh! This I didn't know about.

One of the things that I extremely dislike in Balaji shows, they stretch the confession & then consummation to the extreme limit and ultimately when thay do, it turns out funny/annying most of the time.

I hated the way both these things were played out in YHM also. 🤔

Honestly, I have no idea. The few scenes & pilot episode I had watched when you recommended it. Neither am I a fan of the concept nor am a fan of either of the characters that I'll give it a try for their sake. So, you know.....

But what has been happening there lately that people are cheering so much? 🤔

Thanks for sharing, it's quite different in regional part, cos her son isn't married, at the last moment he breaks the marriage with his gf, they were in a relationship but he breaks cos she overdid stuff, didn't give his family the respect, insulted them and used to always give an inferiority complex.

So on your description, what you say can be right. But it's also cos he thought his mother didn't get the respect she deserved, and all took her for granted.

Actually the regional show, I would say they executed it way better then, in certain aspects.

Missed to mention in last post! Agree to what you said on mess, Balaji does in confessions, possibly few shows they do! Matsh had one of the best, I guess. But yeah overall, they stretch stuff too much. I guess recently pranbir have been top fav, and ppl complain about their stuff to be stretched.

Yup. They have the balance. I was glad to see equally matched protagonists and antagonists.

And the best part, as of now, I am super happy that they aren't showing the usual romantic track in the show like the other shows.

Okay! It seems the regional version of Toshu has spunk. 😈

Obviously Samar loves his mom & genuinely wants to support her. But it's majorly because of the way Kinjal stands for Anu, she has this no nonsense attitude that even Samar looks ineffective in front of her. But then again, she is older, more matured and also has a good backup. So she doesn't really fear anyone.

Regionals are many times a lot better than mainstream.

Don't take me in the wrong way, earlier Kolkata Bengali Movies quality was really bad and even now the commercial movies are mostly garbage. But they have also come up with so many amazing and relatable plots & the actors are so good that those movies looked much better in front of BW films.

This movie I keep harping about, in the trailer I kept looking at the girl's expression, so effective & her eyes. Despite her squiki voice she looked amazing. And obviously the actress playing her mother is an amazing actor. So they looked really good.

Yeah, that I do. But I guess even that needs a little bit of connection. Once that Rahul forcing SD promo came out, I totally lost it.

About Balaji totally agree.

MATSH was undoubtedly one of the best. And I think a major reason was they didn't stretch it too much. Ranveer didn't plan anything but he was so spontaneous that it was ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Even Ishaani's one when she bare her heart to him before going to jail, I literally had tears in my eyes. 😭 😭 😭

But then that idiot said such stuff that I wanted to murder her.

It's funny that I even liked their consummation episode too. The conversation that they had before and the way it started, it was beautiful. And of course, since they literally showed nothing, it was a big relief for me. 😆 😆 😆

In YHM both confession and consummation happened after major fight & while the actors were great, somewhere it pinched me that how can a woman enjoy this stuff when 5 minutes ago the man insulted her? 🤔

I have no idea about PraNbir but I am gonna take your words for it. KKB is famous for stretching so I am not gonna get into that for now. 🤪
