So Alia knows, but Sarang doesn't right? He believes he donated for a research project (which was so ridiculously unethical of Rahul). I'm guessing that Alia will become a little obsessed with Sarang, trying to determine how her baby will be and poor Sarang will have no idea why Alia is so interested in him, and slowly they will fall in love getting to know each other.
