If speaking in English is a rule break, how about Urdu and Marathi?

I hardly understand what Arshi speaks, I believe she speaks in Urdu or Arabic as I understand Hindi pretty well. 70% audience understands English however I am not sure what the percentage of audience understands Urdu that Arshi and Aly speak and Niki, Rahul and Salman use Marathi . Basically all languages do have a root in hindi but if it is about rule breaking the Anchor himself uses other languages.

She talks like urdu basic qaida teacher . But some of her words are not perfect . Urdu n hindi both are sweet languages as they are mixture if all 🌎 languages . She doesnt have arabic accent . Caz i speak fluent arabic n urdu too.

They've spoken one line of marathi in the whole bloody show. Arshi uses a few words of Urdu here n there but to say you dont understand what shes saying is exaggeration. Urdu and Hindi and are to darn similar unless spoken in their pure form.

It's not about the language but understanding. Arshi's language is really accented, Lol I have searched meaning on google to understand what she said. As for Marathi Jaan whole apology episode was because Nikki and Rahul were talking in Marathi. I have travelled a lot and believe it or not English is the most understood language in most parts . You will not find people understanding Hindi but English will still work. Point is a rule break should be treated fair. "Fair" a thing BB does not understand not a fan of any contestant but the treatment should be same. Disclaimer : English is not my primary language 😃

Arshi speaks Urdu which is btw kinda like Hindi. It’s same as the Hindi Rubina speaks, most of us don’t get that either, like we don’t understand Arshi’s vocabulary.

Marathi is Mumbai’s official language. The minute they gonna stop someone from speaking there ain’t going to be BB anymore 😆

BB has always emphasised on no English rule. Maybe ab Rubinav ke liye they should change that rule too haina? 😳

70% Indians speaks English? yeah in a universe where Rubina is the universe 😆

BB just needs to ban all languages and speech in the house. I'm tired of these contestants speaking.

Please do not tag me as Rubina fan, this year there is not contestant I would vote for. As for English understanding I'll let the statistics speak, check Wikipedia for languages of india.

. English is second most spoken language and it is understood even in the interiors was travelling in south a water seller gave directions in English.

Arshi speaks basic Urdu words, just the way Rubina speaks basic Hindi words. Anyone who has studied both languages in school can figure them out.

Not sure why you bought Aly into this; I don’t see any issues with the way he speaks. This goes for the rest of the housemates. Some exceptions could be Nikki Tamboli who sometimes says phrases like “Main aapke baare mein KYA HI boloon.” No one uses KYA HI while speaking standard Hindi or Urdu. She translates that from Marathi - “Mi tujhya baddal KAHICH bolu.”

Urdu and Hindi as standard languages are derivatives or registers of Khari boli. Unless or otherwise you are using MISAALI ALFAAZ or THET SHABD while speaking, you aren’t differentiating much between the two languages. Their vocabularies are interchangeable.

Also, the language used by common people in India (and in Bollywood) is Hindustani. Urdu is used for Bollywood songs. Hindi is mostly used in parliamentary sessions (compare the way Smriti Malhotra Irani speaks to the language used in Bollywood movies).

Takabbur, Quwwat, Auqaat

Sandarbh, Anushaasan, Ninda

.... are all basic Urdu and Hindi words.

If they only allow the usage of Hindi in its purest form, the show will become unbearable. 😆

second to hindi naa. Regardless its a Hindi show n the shows rule has always been no english. a little marathi urdu here n there dont hurt just as a little bit of english wont but BB has already let an awful lot of English speaking rule breaks slide this year compared to previous seasons.
