The problem is here at least she is able to feel this but in the serial her guilt is not even letting her cry for herself. She is totally destroyed, What could be worse than you not even able to feel the hurt which you have suffered.

That's the problem with Riddhu. Everything she feels is for others, never for herself. It's like she's been taught to ignore and put her own grief and sorrow aside which is so not healthy. She needs to start living for herself.
