That's because it's what he deserves. And not because divorce is wrong. I'm all for divorce when a couple in stuck in a loveless marriage like Anu Dev.

As for break up, I practically went through severe ranting phase wishing Aditya to break up with Malini before marriage.

People wants shows to show 'what should happen', not 'what really happens' with common people. That's why they want perfect heroine with 💯% ethically ryt words nd doings.

Hindi TV shows had to show a female lead as typical tormented soul with whom viewers can emphasize and that empathy raises the TRPs like rocket.

they cant digest a strong headed self dependent girl cause then she is not empathy magnet rather she will get all curses cause she knows what she wants and also knows how to.

I am not sure if i am wrong in hoping a better life for Imlie but at least i dont want her to be Mother Teresa to sacrifice her own life n happiness for someone else. But also having affair with Adi still married with Malini will be opposite of all her firm stands, monologue, dialogue as to how she doesn't want to own whats someone else's.

so hope to see something which will show imlie as firm n strong as she is so far.

Ishti me baha ne kamalika ko blood diya tha aur yahan Malini ne Imlie ko. Hey bhagwan kab khatam hoga ye moolie bonding and Adini romance. Truth ka drama itna kheech he kyu rahe hai. Best hai truth laye, thoda pareshan hogi mun but agar adilie divorce le lenge to baat khatam ho jayegi. I am saying because inki harkaton se adilie endgame nahi lagte aur 1 saal tak Adini nahi jhel payenge. By the way I am not watching the show but ranting to karni he padegi show ki, dil jo Toda hai.😭

I don't know who you're referring to as people here. But I agree . They want the heroine to fall for her abusive toxic jerk husband just because she's her pati parmeshwar, no matter how unrealistic that is. They want perfect heroine who falls for the hero just because they have chemistry and are leads , ridiculous I know .😑 A woman must bear the weight of a marriage no matter how it has been done because Indian tv runs on the fuel of such woman that are nowhere near their real life counterparts.

But I'd rather prefer to watched a real life depiction and a flesh and blood flawed heroine who dares to reject the hero because she knows she deserves better and also because any girl in real life with an ounce of self respect won't fall for him after so much ill treatment, no matter how good looking he is. But makers won't care about reality do they. They don't care about logic either. And fandoms just care about chemistry.

Oh Ishti Kutum was unrealistic and regressive but did makerse care as long as they can show drama and one man two wife as if men are lacking in the world ?? Showing practical and strong woman is after all not allowed in daily tv.
