Main yahi soch rahi thi. This was like their soft chemistry. Pehle ek intensity thi dono ke relationship mein. I mean I felt that tension between them. This is what ITV does, the beginning has such tension which builds up the chemistry then once both of them admit their love, it kind of settles down to like 'okay-okay'. Vani has some intense chemistry in the beginning because it was there. Veer's crazy was visible against Bani's stoic and stone cold warden kind of attitude. They had their individuality. Now, that craze that Veer had has dulled down. That's my opinion. Matlab till the time Chandrakala hadn't entered the show, it was there. I felt it. Since her entry, it dulled down. Maybe that's the writing. Veer was from long ago soft against Bani but now he generally seems soft as a character. Like he seems to have gone from that grey shade to a white shade.

Hain na, ye jab pyaar ho jata hai lead me, tab inki intensity aur passion kam ho jaati hai. Lekin I will wait for the weekend and then comment on it.

I had watched Ishqbaaz and I feel Surbhi's acting is good. She's good at portraying emotions well. I think it lacks the writing in Bani's character. Also, I kind of don't mind Bani's fashion sense. Its alright. I agree with how they aren't putting Bani's character arc to be more hot than her fashion.

Ishqbaaz dekha hai isiliye I know Ally, how capable an actor Surbhi is. Lekin har role kisi par suit nahi karta. Waise hi mujhko lagta hai that Surbhi has not adapted or blended well as Naagin. Uske emotions and expressions dull hote hai. As Naagin bahut baar she looks the part, but cannot feel it. So that's that. Coming to fashion, this has happened in recent times, pehle nahi dekha, that they show so much focus on what the main lead is wearing. It's like they compensate with fashion for the shit story. Otherwise, I have no problem with Surbhi's fashion fiesta. She can jolly well carry on with it.

Sharad, of course, is marvelous as Veeranshu. I'll give it to that. This season is actually about Veeranshu than Bani.

1. Veer said ki uski shaktiyan kho gayi because he failed to protect his family. Toh is angle ka kya hua when Monil and Teer died? He kind of failed to protect them too. Aur pariwaar ko bachane ka theka sirf Veer ka tha kya? Others are not responsible?

2. Jay ne kaha ki usne Bani ko mauka diya uska hone ka but she choose Veer and that's why he turned his back on her. Phir yeh kya bakwaas tha ki he again tried to marry her? Jab Jay ne uske khilaaf saazish woh possession wale time se hi shuru kar di toh yeh konsa mauka tha jo Jay ne use diya? This is what happens when people write things episode wise and not story wise.

3. Yeh kya logic hai. Matlab agar Shivji ne Veer ko uski shaktiyan lautayi then this fluctuation ka kya matlab hai? I mean the power you get from God can be faulty, bro. Yeh kya logic hai?

4. Bani ne use ghar se nikal diya but phir se use invite kiya party mein? Kehti hai Jay par yakeen nahi karegi but use party mein invite kar diya? Devi ki akal jitni jaldi aayi utni hi jaldi chali bhi gayi.

As I have said previously, logic ek illogical show me khojna ITV me nahi hota behen.

I agree with most of the points here, but I have made peace with all of them mostly! I strongly feel the show is breathing its last very soon, so I have stopped expecting anything at all and decided to watch it for what it is!😆 Its useless and too late to boil our blood at this stage as I keep saying its a sinking ship! See, it's not that I am bothered, but if I am writing a review, I have to pinpoint my observations. Call it complaint or whatever, but writing them is a way of conveying to the makers since they ardently stalk this forum to at least incorporate some elements if not all.

Also, I am personally in a space where I couldn't get time to watch in detail! But the fact that they are focusing on that ONE ASPECT which made me watch the show in the first place makes me atleast follow it till the end! About the chemistry, I actually liked it! The thing is, they have mellowed them down now. The fireworks phase has passed by😆

To yahaan kaunsa scene by scene dekha behen, I skipped many portions. Just caught on to the important ones.

But, personally, I liked VaNi in both episodes! But yeah, in terms of performance, Surbhi lacks a tad bit! I have to agree to that! Sharad is JUST SHEER BRILLIANT yrr! The difference in emotions could be clearly seen!

I cannot say I liked it, it was a-okay deal for me. Na bura na achcha, bas theek tha.

For me this week was a bit dull for own selfish reasons😆I cannot watch my cheelu boy being all weak and naazuk kali😆 All he did was fall unconscious and get his ass beaten up like anything!🤔 It was difficult to watch!💔

I have been liking the episodes lately. Although I wouldn’t agree much with Mukta showing Veer this weak & vulnerable that he can’t even move his limbs let alone fight, I like the fact which made me emotional too is that he was still trying to defend himself, especially when the parekh bros were talking about Bani. It’s definitely Sharad’s brilliant performance that gets an easy access to our hearts. I liked Bani’s tandav and the whole vibe around it, better than before.. however, I don’t much look into the logic these days. It’s just Sharbhi’s chemistry that is literally keeping me attached. VAni scenes are good, but I really want them to discuss about the night which is long forgotten. 😭

Mere liye bhi episodes thik thak hote hai. Don't like them too much, but don't hate them either. Just not too keen to watch anymore. Well, I would say, heroes, can have their bad days, and if they have to show improvement in Naagin Bani, this is the best they can do. Isse jyaada creativity ki umeed nahi kar sakte inse. Sharad is really good with his work for sure.

Pehle to unn Parekh brothers ki jo kutaai ki woh mind-blowingly funny tha🤣Pehle ek ka gardan pakda, baaki do ko do laate. Phir Sunday ko to madam ne apne pati ke style me "uthak pathak" ke rakh diya kalmuho ko. I mean it was hilarious. Bani se by god seekhna chahiye chiffon saree aur sexy blouse me Bruce Lee kaise bante hai🤣, sachmuch class apart ladai thi, I swear😆. Phir Bani ka Jai ke liye "Pooch Pooch hota hai"🤣, jahaan aao dekha na tao bas pooch ka kamaal dikhaya Jai pe🤣And then aaya, "Music bajega loud, to Naagin naachegi". Waise bolna padega, iss baar ki choreography kaafi behtar thi tandav ki, but situation ke saath match nahi hui. Pativrata patni jab marte huye pati ke liye tandav kare, to usme ek alag ferocity hoti hai, lekin saari ferocity gundo ko kutne pe nikal gayi🤣, to tandav soft ho gaya. Overall, Bani Bachchan did a good job.

Devar-bhabhi bonding - Dono episodes me they showed the partnership of the Cheel brothers with Adi Naagin, as well as a human Meera tending to a not-so-Cheel Veeranshu. Dono situations me sabse jyaada cute Meera aur Veeranshu ki bonding thi. Kehte hai na "rassi jal gayi lekin bal nahi gaya", Veeranshu ka hai, "shakti jaaye par sass na jaaye"😆. Uss situation me bhi janaab ko apni biwi ka priceless reaction dekhna tha Jai ki pol khol ke baare me jankar. And Meera ki mand mand muskaan. I mean samajh nahi aata, Veeranshu kab bada ho jaata hai aur kab bachcha. Crazy devar aur usko sambhalti sweet si bhabhi. Overall scene, light tha, sweet tha, aur mazedaar bhi.

Adi Naagin ki "adrishya" shakti & Bani ka dimaag - Ab main thoda bahut keh sakti hu der aaye durust aaye, lekin aaye to. Show ke end hone se pehle aa hi gaye - Adi Naagin ki shakti & Bani ki buddhi. I mean jab usne Tapish and Daksh ko jaal se nikala stating, "Meri shakti aise jadoo ko kaat sakti hai", I was like, "Oh bhai, ee ka hui gawa"😆, aa gayi iski shaktiyan holiday se, achcha hai, use karo behen, kyunki humko pata nahi na, ki kya hai tees maar khan shaktiyan Naagin didi ki. Aur dimaag to bhai kaafi tez daudne laga madam ka. Veeranshu ki shaktiyan kya gul hui, madam me kaafi sudhaar aaya hai. Khair lets see kab tak tikta hai. Pata nahi iska brahmagyaan kab phir se alop ho jaaye.😆

Parekh brothers & Harami Jai - Bhai, award do dono ko. Ek ne Veeranshu ki bajaai, dusre ne Bani ke dimaag ki. Like hum sabko lagta tha ki Cheel Singhanias se jyaada haramkhor aur kaun ho sakta hai, Markaat ke chalte pata chala aur bhi hai. Kitne keechad aur haraamkhor log the, aur jab Bani ne inn sab ko thoka, to bolna padega, "kaalje vich thand peh gayi"😆. Aise saste chapdiyon ke saath aisa hi hona chahiye. Kab main aisa scene Jai ke liye dekhungi re, koi to sunn lo re burbako, koi to tamanna puri kardo hum sab ki.😆

Highlights - Nayyy!!!👎🏼

Logic Fails - Matlab big-time logic fails jo dekhe hai iss show me, woh shayad kisi daily drama me nahi dekhe. Ok, let's go one by one:

1. Veeranshu tells Bani not to transform into a Naagin before Parekh chichoras, but then when Tapish and Daksh flew in as Cheels and they turned humans and were trapped in that net, shows these chichoras are not ordinary, then why did Veeranshu stop Bani?

2. Jai gets hit by an arrow by Markaat, and still, he has the strength to stand up for so long listening to Bani's lectures, cry magarmach ke aasun and then collapse.

3. When Jai is shot by an arrow uska reaction baad me aaya, which implies Jai was shot an arrow in that house itself, not before, warna ladkhadata hua aata. Lekin bhaisaab ne to already Markaat ko maar diya tha, to teer kya hawa me apne aap prakat ho gaya tha.

4. Itna drama kiya Jai ne aur bola, "Woh sab ko maar degi", jab already he had killed Markaat himself. Ye kya bailbuddhi type ka logic hai.

5. Jisko Veeranshu "ek jhaap me deewar se saatay dayi be", woh maarega Markaat ko, itni shakti me vriddhi kaise huyi???

6. Itni lambi chaudi ram kahaani sunne ke baad, inn burbako ki fauj ko yakeen bhi hua. Cheelo ka to waise bhi kuch nahi ho sakta. Lekin Bani. She knows how dubious Shukla is, and even Jai, phir bhi usko ye nautanki dekh ke zara bhi ajeeb nahi laga. Shayad phir se petrol khatm ho gaya, isliye kuch samajh nahi aaya.

Aur kya bolu, mujhko to end ke Jai ka scene ka aaga peecha kuch bhi samajh nahi aaya. Kya tha woh? Jab mar gayi hai to woh sabko maaregi kyun? Jab mar gayi hai to Jai ko teer laga kaise? Shaq hua nahi kaise????🤪

Observations:

Starting with VAni, I know everyone enjoyed it, but for me, the spark was missing in them somewhere, and this is not because of Veeranshu being weak or Bani being patibhakt, but overall the spark has dulled down for some reason. Now, why is that I cannot pinpoint, but something was missing for me. Glad you guys enjoyed all the scenes, but for me, they were just okay. Somewhere, the VAni essence has been messed up, I am not feeling the pull or urge anymore. But yes I want to stick to the show as long as it lasts. Let's see, maybe next week the spark may pick up, not too confident about it.

Coming to the tandav, although the choreography was much better for this tandav, but it did not suit the situation. Cause, Veeranshu was actually dying, not under threat, so the tandav should have been more fierce and with more desperation, but that ferocity was missing. Also, Surbhi does not have it in her to pull off tandavs. As a Naagin, she looks the part but sometimes does not feel the part. She lacks the grace of performing a tandav, which Mouni or Anita or Adaa had. She has this tomboyish feel going on whose moves are better suited for "Piya tu ab to aaja"😆 or "Ganpati visarjan" rather than tandav, sadly. This is my opinion, no offense to anyone and there is no need to agree with it.

This season, I have sadly noticed is a bloody Lakme Fashion Week going on over episodes. Like the effort they put into the sarees and sexy blouses and making Surbhi look "HOT", is crazy. What about the character or story? Who will gloss that doll up, huh??? I mean, I would have found Bani the Adi Naagin hot if she had shown the mettle of being one. But overall, the focus is always on how hot she looks or how sexy she looks. I mean a lot may care, but I don't. Other seasons too had hot Naagins, but what made them hot was also the character and their arcs. I mean, I find a Shivanya hot and a Shesha hot, cause both characters were poles apart, but both had depth and motivation. This season the Naagin is such a letdown and Surbhi's vanity is just an insult to injury. On the other end, we have Sharad as Cheel Veeranshu, who wore only black, same boots, same ripped jeans, but the character outshined every bloody character. Such is irony. This too is my opinion, no offense to anyone and there is no need to agree with it.

Emotional depth ki to waise hi lagi padi hai iss season me, aur Bani ke emotions itne shallow aur dheele lagte hai ki kya batau. And uske contrast me Veeranshu hai jiske har ek emotion ke maaine hai. I wonder how flawlessly can Sharad perform dude. He is just simply superb. Surbhi uske saamne bahut baar pheeki pad hi jaati hai. Kudos to Sharad for playing this character. And thanks to him to make me watch Naagin throughout, for once. This season is all because of him. Absolutely fabulous.👏

I mean i have decided to leave logic behind with this show- first of all we have been to the moon twice and been bought crashing down and then we the lake in the sky- gravity gaya baad mein. Looks like the solar system is next on their list considering the precap 🤣 they are changing physics as we know it!

Bani bani Rambo Naagin- I loved this avatar of hers personally- the way she was beating those people in those saris I was like babe I struggle to run in some of my heavy indian wear 🤣 For me I think that she has finally found the balance between being aadhi naagin (AN) and a wife. I think for the first time ever we saw a little glimpse of her powers and I loved it - shame it didn't happen earlier but khair. Vani have phasoed me so I am here till the end! I also thinking falling from the moon rattled her brain and she turned extremely clever- I was proud of her. Meri akal wali naagin 😆

Every time she said Veeranshu and mera pati I was clapping- if I could whistle I would have . I personally have been waiting to see Bani like this for a VERY long time (4 months). I think as I have previously said I would preferred if this build up had happened over a longer time (i.e. started earlier) but like you say better late than never!

I LOVED the way she finally finally put that dhabbewala/chepji/garden man in his place- the first line apni kabar kodh rahe ho 🤣 I also loved how she made it clear- she would tolerate attacks on her but not on her husband. Any attack on Veer means death- aye haiii first she only wanted to kill him and now look at her.

Personally I loved all the Vani scenes over the weekend- I thought they were showing how their relationship had evolved. Yes the passion and tashan that these two had weren't there- but I didn't miss because it didn't fit in the episodes. This was about Bani feeling Veer's pain and showing she is with him through it all and I think SC emoted that well. I loved the part where she was tending to his wounds and bought her own wounds back- for me that scene was about her silently trying to remedy all the hurt that she had previously in the story. As for that hug- I swear to go I have waited five months for that type of hug and I loved it- the way they ran and he was showing his wings to her as a child and those lines about her threatening bholenaath loved it - not going to lie I am watching it on repeat 😆 in a lockdown there is very limited things I can do 😆

I loved the cheels and Bani working together- well Daksh and Taapsih anyway. Also did you note how Daksh called her bani today- bhabi bhool gaya 🤣 Ballu needs to stop crying honestly 🤔 also Shukla didn't look very happy when Veer got his powers back (I feel like he is involved in J's plan)

Bani's taandav- so I haven't watched Naagin before this season- so I might no fully understand the intricate nature of it. However I think out of all the tandaavs in this season this was the best one. I think SC emoted well in this scene and her dialogues were bang on 👍🏼 I also liked that the music wasn't overpowering the taandav like last time. Loved the way her sign from Shivji was a feather- which symbolises the cheel in Veer. That was a nice touch.

Now before this show I was neither a SC or SM fan - as in I didn't particularly care about either of their shows. However SM has floored me in this show. We all know Veer is most well developed character in this show- I still can't believe that we have a character so imperfectly perfect on ITV. His bepwarah/befikre/sanki love- the way he openly says how and what he feels. His sassiness and just everything about his character, including his child like heart was well written. But credit where credit is due- SM bought Veer to life and made us fall in love with him. I don't think anyone else could have pulled this character off. Like the despondent and weak Veer over the weekend- I genuinely felt so sad for him and felt happy when he got his powers back. Honestly SM makes you catch the characters feels. He is the star of the show- and for me he is the reason this season will be memorable.

SC also has impressed me a lot in this show- yes there were times when I thought she could have done better- but I do think that is down to how Bani was written - and the shoddy editing and scenes being all over the place didn't help. When Bani hated Veer I felt that hate - like she couldn't stand him. And in the past two weekends I have seen her love for her Veeranshu and I think she has done a good job convincing me personally in a limited time frame. Its like the writers realised they forgot about etching out their female lead and they then focussed on her. Now about her saris lol Like SM once said in his lives actors are slightly more besharam and are vain - I mean i get my makeup done once and wear a pretty outfit I want a photoshoot she's lucky she gets a chance to do this a lot 😆 I mean considering the horrific outfits she wore on her other show Ishqbaaz i don't blame her for making sure she has hot outfits 🤣 she is probably still recovering from that trauma 🤣 Also did you notice the part where those rivals were looking at Bani's photos they were SC's instagram photos 🤣

I honestly think this show shouldn't have been called N5 it should have been a spinoff called Ek Naagin aur ek Cheel ki prem katha 😆 Because the focus is now on their love story- which I don't mind. I am here for that only- I struggle to understand the naagin parts.

As for loopholes there are too many - those lectures were annoying me not going to lie. I felt like Jai needed to be put out of his misery at one point 😆I bet he wished the arrow killed him off instead. I did like Mohit's acting in the episodes- but I don't think there is much scope left in his character. Another plan of his flopped- and the trishul idea will flop. Bus someone isko flop or kill kar de. I would love if he is destined to die at the hands of Veer like in Satyug would make me so happy

His bepwarah/befikre/sanki love- the way he openly says how and what he feels. His sassiness and just everything about his character, including his child like heart was well written. But credit where credit is due- SM bought Veer to life and made us fall in love with him. I don't think anyone else could have pulled this character off. Like the despondent and weak Veer over the weekend- I genuinely felt so sad for him and felt happy when he got his powers back. Honestly SM makes you catch the characters feels. He is the star of the show- and for me he is the reason this season will be memorable.

SC also has impressed me a lot in this show- yes there were times when I thought she could have done better- but I do think that is down to how Bani was written - and the shoddy editing and scenes being all over the place didn't help. When Bani hated Veer I felt that hate - like she couldn't stand him. And in the past two weekends I have seen her love for her Veeranshu and I think she has done a good job convincing me personally in a limited time frame. Its like the writers realised they forgot about etching out their female lead and they then focussed on her. Now about her saris lol Like SM once said in his lives actors are slightly more besharam and are vain - I mean i get my makeup done once and wear a pretty outfit I want a photoshoot she's lucky she gets a chance to do this a lot 😆 I mean considering the horrific outfits she wore on her other show Ishqbaaz i don't blame her for making sure she has hot outfits 🤣 she is probably still recovering from that trauma 🤣 Also did you notice the part where those rivals were looking at Bani's photos they were SC's instagram photos 🤣

I honestly think this show shouldn't have been called N5 it should have been a spinoff called Ek Naagin aur ek Cheel ki prem katha 😆 Because the focus is now on their love story- which I don't mind. I am here for that only- I struggle to understand the naagin parts.

As for loopholes there are too many - those lectures were annoying me not going to lie. I felt like Jai needed to be put out of his misery at one point 😆I bet he wished the arrow killed him off instead. I did like Mohit's acting in the episodes- but I don't think there is much scope left in his character. Another plan of his flopped- and the trishul idea will flop. Bus someone isko flop or kill kar de. I would love if he is destined to die at the hands of Veer like in Satyug would make me so happy

Waise tumhe nahi lagta that since Satyug, makers have put more thought & focus into the Cheel concept ? Even Bani's story is mostly about Veeranshu !
