Rubina wanted to get Begum Arshi evicted from the show by bringing her in nominations.

So of course Begum would get angry and pick on Rubina. Even Rubina picks on Begum and takes jibes on her. She's not a victim.

It's just that when Begum comes in her full form she destroys Rubina and she has no other option but to keep her mouth shut.
