Coz when Vansh kidnapped her, Ridhhima was rejecting the offer and going back but she said "yes" after Siya insisted her..

And marriage proposal looked like an order but again it was his twisted proposal but he never directly gave her a dhamki that he would harm her dear ones..he just said "koi toh dost hoga na tumhara?" And we all know about Vansh and his twisted dialogues.

At the end Ridhhima agreed to it mainly because she wanted to gather evidence..

All in all,the bottom line is -Vansh never deserved an amazing girl like Ridhhima who just loved her near and dear ones with all her heart!!

Deserving part I agree. Vansh is a dangerous man...n needs a Maya like psycho to complement his obsessive nature. Riddhima is brave...but she is too simple for his convoluted mind.

Regarding bringing Riddhima or marrying her, it cannot be denied that he had used fear tactics. Given his position and Riddhima's orphan-status, the inequality in the power dynamics between the two of them cannot be overlooked when we judge the "proposal". He wouldnt have let her live in peace, even if she had eloped with Kabir.

Also, did he not say...Koi dost toh hoga na tumhara? Unhe kuch ho gaya toh?

To an orphaned girl who already thought he was a mafia don, and who didnt know him at all then...such a statement would come across as a threat (even if he didnt actually mean it).
