Yes Munshi turned villains and he is slow poisoning Ani with the help of Fake Shubra and three dosage will kill him. It seemed second dosage is also given in tomorrow's episode.

Sampoorna is a mystery but I think she is not involved in this. Her expressions are not revealed completely.
