Does anybody know if shows can be picked up by other channels like how it happens in the US ?

Like there was this show called Brooklyn nine nine on fox network...after 5 seasons the network cancelled the show but fans were outraged on social media...the outrage got so much light that fox's competetor channel nbc picked up the series and it's still broadcasting the show..that's why wanna if that happens in itv ??

TVs shows mein tho main ne abhi tak nay dekha ayisa kuch.

In india such thing happened with only reality show like KBC which was launched by Star plus n bb was first launched by soney..fir jhalak dikha la ja..baki ke sirf DD ke shows Ramayan n Mahabharat hi dusare chenbels pe re run huwe.

Oh that's nice...if a show is popular then it feels good to be picked up by another network...
