BB and even Big Brother has always been about fan following. Last year I liked Shefali Bhagga and she also used to try hard but unluckily she wasnt as popular as other bahus there.

BB is keeping Rubina because they need her. If she wasnt giving anything to the show, they will be first to kick her out.
