Even her worst nightmare wouldn't have been as bad as this year has been.

As it is, the year was bad for everyone what with covid and all.

On top of that, she had to deal with this.

I feel so guilty for doubting her in the beginning, as I also fell for some of those crazy conspiracy theories. Never again.

Forget about comment. Some people cannot accept that their favourite is an average actor or is a serial cheater. For them everything is personal attack.

Why not someone from the frontliners list who went out of their way to help during the pandemic?

Did Rhea do something extraordinary? She's fighting for herself and trying to get herself and her brother out of trouble so to name her as the Person of the Year is bizarre. This just made me sad.

If the motive was to get talked about then Outlook has achieved it. But more than controversy, the objective should have been to look for a person who did something for the country and for the people, selflessly.

There are doctors who haven't visited their families in months and who are still on Covid duty.

Many things have been blown out of proportion by media and all that trolling was senseless and vile ,but she is pretty insensitive to have blocked his number while he needed her and was calling her inspite of knowing he isnt keeping well.And those video recordings

I know some doctors who were on covid duty and saw their family regularly with a gap of few weeks.

If they didn't see their family in months, it's probably because they didn't want to see them.

Also the doctors were also simply doing their job. Selflessly? I don't know. They are getting paid for it right? Every job has its demanding times. No need to glorify one profession unless its humanitarian work.

I said frontliners and I mean health care workers and not just doctors. They are putting their own health at risk to do their "job". And we all know what kind of money nurses and other hospital staff get and that's not worth putting themselves at risk but nevertheless they're doing it. That is so far removed from what Rhea underwent! She is dealing with something in her own personal life and to make her the person of the year! For what?

Sonu Sood would have been a better choice than her. He has not stopped contributing to the society. He's still being hailed as the go to person for any kind of problem.

I think rhea was vilified mercilessly and hats off to the girl who managed to retain her sanity despite being attacked from all sides

But i don't know if 'person of the year' is correct. Logically it should be given to a person who has done extraordinary work for the society. Soooooooooooo.. This just seems like a lame attempt by outlook to boost some sales.
