From what I remember, he’s fed lies about his wife regarding her supposed unfaithfulness supported by false proofs and misunderstanding, as a response he kills his wife and then when he finds out the truth that she actually did not do any such thing he commits suicide

It's not related to the show

Its related to the track that mamta has posted. Its a similar situation. Vansh is misunderstanding her for wrong reasons and hence is taking revenge. This had no relationship with Othello
