Vanraj is legally the father of toshu and he has all rights to be there.. kavya is no way related to the family and has no business there and that too trying to be part of the wedding as a family member where the only ppl who have to do the rituals is the parents.. anu is right in asking her to leave..

Kavya insecurity is really silly.. even if vanraj leaves his house and stays with her he still is obligated to his family..his kids and his parents and she cant ask him not to give any money to them or visit them.. anupamaa hasn't asked anything from vanraj but the kids can still ask him and he is still their father.. kavya wants vanraj all for herself.. she wants all the rights of being his wife without being married to him even.. she can get all that when she divorces vanraj and he divorces anu and they marry and the family respectfully accepts them..

Vanraj already got his dose from his baa and everyone else and now it was kavya turn.. since the whole revelation she has not come face to face with anupamaa and family..so all this drama..

Kavya nether given birth to toshu .lets leave giving birth she has not nourish toshu. Nor she legally adopt toshu so morally and legally kavya cant claim to be part of toshu wedding

Suppose if kavya had own children and she is doing her own children wedding and if some other person is not part of kavya family and without invtitatiion that just come in wedding and demand right to do wedding ritual for kavya, ' s children wedding. Will kavya like it . Would kavya allow that person to do ritual wedding of kavya s children

Law state that husband has to still give money for his first wife ' s children expendture Even he get divorce from first wife and get married to another wife

How the Shah family treats Vanraj Shah is their prerogative. Though legally married to Anirudh Gandhi she does not let him enjoy any rights over her or his house. That is Kavyas choice . Similarly how Vanraj who is still Baa s son and his children's father has a responsibility to fulfil. Kavya does not understand Star parivar law code so how will she understand she has no locus standi. She is demeaning herself every day not merely in the viewers eyes but in Vee s eyes as well. He did not want her to participate in the celebrations and she is demanding rights in the Shah family.

She seems to be.losing her wit.

Kavya is not wrong in demanding her rights, the problem is the time and place. Also the only person who should be accountable to her is Vanraaj. The family doesn't give two hoots about her. Also Vanraaj was there as the groom's father. Does not mean that everyone has forgiven him or accepted his behaviour. Anupama has been tolerating him for the family.

Vanraj is equally wrong... Yet he gets to enjoy best of both the worlds...

Everyone is not okay with Vanraj, some are like baa who cannot overcome her maternal instincts. Its definitely her weakness but she is human after all.

Anupama has clarified her stand to her that she dislikes Vanraj's unnecessary visits. But even she admits that blood relationships cannot be broken.

If you talk with respect to Paritosh's wedding, it is Vanraj's duty and his right to be there. And everyone acknowledges that and thus his being there could be justified.

However him being there does not mean it gives Kavya any right to be there just because she is his girlfriend. It would mean that their relationship is now accepted which is not true.

And on top of all this, every family has a right to invite or disinvite others to their intimate ceremonies. It is clear here that Rakhi just invited her to show her grudge, after all who invites one's colleagues's friends' separated wife when it is a family gathering? And if that person comes there to create a scene to ruin the memorable moments of a newly wed couple, that family has every right to throw her out!

To me I think it would have been unfair to Anu. She is already tolerating Vanraj - which she should fiercely oppose. Allowing Kavya to do Kavya as pleases would be terrible.

Whatever insecurities she is dealing with - it is up to her and Vanraj to resolve. I don't think Anu or anyone in the family should be dragged to make her feel secure.

And even to enter the house for any reasons whatsoever - they both need to get married first and take permission to enter. As the house still belongs to Bapuji.

It was her son's wedding so she has full rights to decide who can be there. They are not hating Vanraj as they should be - that is already a mistake. Another mistake should not be made to justify the first one.

And Kavya has deceived Anu all these years. She roamed around in the house - stayed there - pretending to be Anu's friend and all. So I think it is fair to judge her separately from Vanraj.

Kavya is wrong there toshu has not accepted her as yet if those children liked her been in the wedding I would have found it insulting coz kavYa and anupmaa are not yet in good terms she broke anupmaa trust all these years when anu used to take good care of her talk to her soo nicely and kavYa used to sttend their functions and do as she pleases even the shah family didn't knw what these two were up to they way they used to behave in front of them it proves the entire family had trust in thier relationship how u can accept them to give her right when it there choice not to accept her and she wants vnaraj for her self she clearly shown how she talks always wants to keep him away from his family She and vnaraj did wrong. She has always been insecure with him even wen anu didn't knw about the affair and now is grown more one think that frustrates me like leave vee anu and kavYa aside issue out it's that she actually came to partake in her bf son rituals thats soo sick imagin the mother and anu motherly instincts always on another level she gets angry any mother would be angry I found that part the most hurting part in that episde wen she put her hands there

Finally, I was terribly upset with all the names that people gave Kavya, just because Vee is their own blood.

I don’t think Kavya was the only one targeted. Vanraj was asked to leave as well, both by his father and wife. Even Ba scolded him. Vanraj did not have the guts to step inside and partake in his own son’s wedding. What a shame! And how dastardly of him. He yelled at Anupama for slapping Kavya, well deserved thappads, they were too.

Kavya was absolutely wrong in barging into the wedding and the total gall with which she put her hand under Vanraj’s was slapworthy and kick worthy. She is not Toshu’s mom or even step mom. Even a step mom takes a backseat to the real mom when it comes to family events centered around the children. This shameless woman just waltzed in and took it upon herself to be the third unwanted parent. She needs a shaking to put some sense into her empty head.

Kavya may be Vanraj’s mistress and may want to take that relationship to a different legitimate level. But she herself is not divorced and there is no way she can snatch Anupama’s mangalsutra and declare herself the legal wife of Vanraj. The lady is bonkers. And Vanraj not having the gumption to get back into the house and discharge his fatherly duties, makes him a shameful coward.

The language used by Kavya implying that Anupama asked Vanraj for money and invited him to Paakhi’s birthday were totally senseless. One, Anupama did not ask for that money Vanraj transferred. Him leaving his wife does not absolve him of his duties as father and his financial responsibility towards the family. Two, Pakhi is his daughter and inviting him is the right thing to do. Kavya went too far in suggesting that Anupama feeds Vanraj and who knows what else she does to please him. The cheek of that woman to point fingers at Anupama when she is the real double faced home wrecker was just too much. I am so glad Anupama slapped Kavya. I would have loved for her to have slammed the door on that useless husband of hers. All in all, a good episode.
As for Anupama not parting with her mangalsutra, it is hers rightfully and that mangalsutra is not only the symbol of her now meaningless relationship with Vanraj, but it also symbolizes her relationship with the rest of the family, her in-laws, and even her children who are the product of that relationship. So for her to cast off her mangalsutra just because some wanton crazy woman asked to hand it over, is not done.

Yes, I made this post yesterday. After watching today's episode I am relieved that Vee did not attend the wedding.
