Yes, he should come out! Ramya does care for Aajeedh a lot behind this game. Her advice is so good. She definitely consider him as little brother but she can’t help him out in voting as ppl will claim that she is partial.

He kind of get very close to Ramya, Gaby and Bala also expecting a lot from his friends in BB game. It’s very bad to keep expectations in BB as it’s a show. Gaby always uses this type of tone with him, I have no idea why he gets offended seems like his mind is going off the charts. BB didn’t warn him for self harm maybe they did!
Bala does care for Aajeedh but he is not very good in giving advice it seems. Gaby is already upset with nominations so Aajeedh and Gaby didn’t sort out their issues like he did with Aari and Ramya.
