In todays episode also virat made remark about age difference as he said "tum karishma ke sath chali jao wo to tumhari hum umr hai" so its clear that this thing is still in his mind and to add to it everyone keepa reminding him ki sai bachhi hai....so it will take time i think for virat to develop romantic feelings. Till now he is protective towards her but there is no romantic connection
