to all my GHKMP's family this is my very first attempt at writing OS. Please let me know what you think of it and provide your feedback.
Please excuse the grammar/spellling errors. I will be editing this post soon. Currently wanted to post my though on this forum and get the feedback.
“DIG sir! It is late, are you planning to stay at the office today?” said ACP Sawant to Virat, as he is going by Virat’s office and the lights are still on around 11 pm. Virat looks at the time and thanks ACP Sawant for reminding him of how much time had passed. (he has been consumed with a very serious case that was consuming so much of his time this past few weeks).
He made his was to Chavan Niwas. Next days was going to be very special day as his wife Dr. Sai Joshi-Chavan as she was receiving a special award for her contribution in field of neurology. She has been working tirelessly towered her goal to become a Neurologist after completing her MBBS – and the entire family has been very supportive of her.
It was hard not to notice the pink glow and pearly white’s on Bhavnikaku face as everyone made their way to the dining table for morning breakfast.
[Everyone is now seated at the dining table]
Bhavanikaku (to everyone in the house): “Must hu must, aaj hamri bahu Sai ne hamare Chavan khandan ka name roshen kar diya. Aja mai bohot hi khus hu”.
Ninad: “Sahi kaha vahini aaj hamar ser phir faker se uucha ho gaya hai. Hamare sab bacho ne aapni apni fields me top per pahoch gaye hai. Aur aaj Sai ne be kamal ker di hai. Mai bahot he proud hu meri bahu-beti say.”
Virat, Ashiwni, Shivani and Devi were all so happy to see Ninad and Bhavani’s support for Sai’s success. Things has finally started to change for the better.
Bhavanikaku: “Omi, Mohit ko yaad hai na ke aaj Sai ke leye kenta bada din hai. Aaj use bolna ke woh plans ko postponed ker di.” (just then Mohit is seen entering the house).
Mohit: “Kaku aab bhi na!! Muje pata hai ki aaj Sai-vahini ka kitna bada din hai. Meri director see baath ho ghai hai. Unho ne meri shooting kal tak postpone kar di hai.”
(Mohit knew how much Sai has help encouraged him to purpose him dream of becoming an actor and she has supported him enormously through his struggle period)
Everyone goes to their respective room get ready as the event was going to start in some hours.
Everyone is waiting for Sai to come join them in living room. Today Karishma has helped Sai get ready for the big day – after all she has designed the outfit Sai was going to wear. (Karishma has opened her own fashion label and is doing quite well for herself - “Datto Sutto” J ]
Sai is wearing a beautiful pastel color with subtle floral design Indo-western gown that looks very elegant on her. She is also wearing the tear drop diamond earring her husband Virat had gifted her when she graduated with her MBBS. Virat as always is awestruck with how graceful and elegant his wife is looking.
Virat noticed the slight disappointment on Sai’s face.. He knew why she was sad. It was because of her Samratdada not being able to join. But Virat has a surprise in store for her…
Samrat: “Sai!”
Sai turn to look and is beyond happy to see her Samratdada. “dada aap!!.. Aap yaha. Aap to koi special mission per bahar gaye the na!!”
Samrat “Sai, tumhi kya laga. Mei aaj ka di bhul gaya?? meri bahina ki life ka eeta important din aur me naa aau. Bilkul pagal ho tum.’
Sai run towards Samrat and give him a tight hug.
Ashwini gently reminds everyone of the time the Chawan khandan makes there way towards the car, and drive of the event venue.
Hearing the sound of alarm Virat wakes up. It is 5 am, a young innocent Sai is fast asleep on the other side of Sinhagad fort. Virat smiles and goes back to sleep – knowing all too well that “subah ke sapne sach hote hain”..
