Did she escape from jail or come out on bail? Makes sense for Sudha to know about it too. I even felt that the house where she shot the photo looked familiar. Plus, we know KB had a gun.

KB might be out of jail on bail based on her age and all.... And sudha would have got to know about it.... That's why she is here to save P... The gun might be of KB which sudha got to the haveli but somehow it went to KB again....
