I guess julie did not know how to handle it. Samuthrakani gave good advice to her .. in her case she wanted ah went and asked for it in so many places initially.

Ipo example matum solren,

When i joined my 2nd company(small company),joined in accounts department,since am from technical background didnt even know ABC of accounts,but picked up and after 3 months got promoted to junior accountant

And my main job was to ready document for CA,CA usually visits company 2-3 days a month,epola varuvaro apo'la yenna thititu povaru for various reasons and mostly doesnt forget to say "indha velayum'ah unaku theriyadhu"😆,at first i felt bad,adhuku aprom palagitu,but every mistake he said i corrected,and towards end when i resigned and said him i got another job,he smiled(first time infront of me) and said "all the best,i know you will do good" tapped my head and gave me a choclate😊and i cried after he left(dont know why-felt happy he apprecaited me)

What he taught me i carried onto my next company and was appreciated for organising and handling things properly and it was thanks to him only

Even yday when i talked to some dealers,BM,SM(over phone)(current company is large),all said they will miss me and they liked my work and working with me😭This is first time so many people together said this,i remembered my that company CA
