I did say in one of my post previously that shantanu and his father both are responsible for this mess. Shantanu even though is at major fault he tried once but never did follow knowing sharu never got the message and sharu told him about Lone soul he suspected it was Aish he still decided to keep quiet

Ok he's a big manipulative sneak.

But why does the father get so hellbent on getting his son married DESPITE knowing his son doesn't want it?

why was madhu n her son so rude to aish.,,if shantanu has really dumped her then gavaskar family should be thankful to her that wedding was called off as sharvari would hv been unhappy after knowing everything after living wt shantanu.

I didnt understand the anger of gavaskars towards aish very strange. Rather they should hear her out n Then talk to shantanu ...

People who watch this show regularly , did Shantanu Che dad ever specify why was he so hellbent on getting his son married despite knowing something is fishy?

Shantanu's parents are like those parents who thinks marriage is the solution on everything. Get your son/daughter married and they will become more responsible and settled in life. They usually don't even ask what their child wants and even if their children try to tell the things then they just brush it under the carpet and don't take it seriously😕

This. I personally know one family like that.

A friend's cousin brother was married off to a nice, well to do girl from some matrimonial site. Friend said ki her dad wanted Dada to become responsible and take life seriously that's why they got him married.

Luckily they seem happy.

I was shocked.

But then I hear it's a common thing in many families.

Man's parents think that if he's married off to a "nice" girl, mulga sudhrel.

2 things

1. They treat the girl as a man rehabilitation center.

2. And God forbid if the man doesn't change, the girl's life is ruined as she won't be allowed to leave the guy and will be forced to take care of his family.

Bravo! What a way to arrange a match.

So true!! Marriage is supposed to solve problems!! Baba ni ghai keli.... Hari la खोटं bolayla लावलं....mula kade bolun , समजून घ्यायला हवं होतं!! पण आई ने त्याला विचारलं होतं की....तेव्हा हा पठ्ठा गप्पच basala!! He keeps on saying that the issue is complicated!! That's why he's reluctant to share it with anyone!! He feels will you understand the issue??

He told Sharvari...that he's willing to share his side with her...(only after Aishwarya spiller the beans...in a very distasteful manner) ....coz he feels she will be able to understand!! But alas, it's hard for Sharvari...too late... realisation by Shantanu!!

Further, Baba had also asked him if it's commitment phobia!! And he had denied it flatly!! How was Baba to imagine that.... Shantanu is hiding such a big incident of his life!! With Sharvari being such a sweetheart....he agreed with mima that... the relationship will bloom and things will work out eventually!! And that was happening really...!!

With Aai baba getting emotional....after Hari spilling the beans...and Aishwarya getting too desperate..... pushing Shantanu away from her....stage is set for revelation by Shantanu about his side, finally!!

Sometimes issues are not serious. Some people are afraid of marriage and taking responsibility but once they meet good match,they do enjoy life with their companion.

In shantanu's case his dad shouldn't have forced this marriage. He knows Shantanu is commitment phobic so he should have given sometime to Shantanu. They could have even opt out for premarital courtship/dating for sometime rather than doing this doomed marriage. Anyway nobody is 100% ready for marriage 😆😆but if they are opened to the idea of marriage, they do try to work on the relationship. Shantanu tar Adhi pasun sagale darvaje band karun basla aahe. He doesn't even want to think of any commitment so hya case madhe tyala counselling chi garaj Hoti... hya ghaighait kelelya lagnapeksha.

In fact gharatlya saglyach lokana Jara counselling chi garaj aahe😂

Bride n groom should get married for themselves not because atya ajila la nat sun havi Kinva aaila god sun havi🙄🙄

Ani hi atya aji itaki irritating vatate mala.. maybe also because of the actor.

Even in eka lagnachi dusari gosht madhe all family members wanted to get Ghana to get married but I never found any character including that aaji irritating. The entire family was so natural. In fact Radha's father was so cool. Even though he desperately wanted his daughter to get married he was not annoying.
