The bashan Baa gave on what it takes to be a MIL and how she had moved from being a mom to MIL and how Anupama was suddenly elevated and was ill equipped sounded as a prescription of what it should be and what Baa wasn't. When was Baa supportive of her DIL? When did Vee show preference to Anupama over his Baa?

Baa never accepted Anupama whole heartedly nor say what she told Vee after he was thrown out within the hearing of anyone? I'm sure she never welcomed her DIL as a daughter the way Anu did today.

A DIL needs to feel welcomed and accepted in her marital home. Baa deserved a DIL like Rakhee or Kavya.

I loved the way Anu handled the situation today. The way she in her own way urged the newly weds to grow up take on responsibility and win the trust of those whose hearts they had broken.

All the affection and support Anu didn't get from her MIL she seems keen to shower on Kinjal. I'm sure as she promised she will support the couple in the way she deems fit.

Baa definitely will have problems. Like the dhaga matter hope realisation slowly dawn's on her that she is the one who by her blind support of her son have him the sanskaar that a Man can never go wrong and it is folks like Baa who have stoked the ego of MCPs like Vee and have ensured patriarchy thrives.

I like the way Anu the Mil s emergence.

I love the chemistry between Kinjal and Anupama and the only thing that gives me hope she would be fine here.

I ROFLED at one of the dialogues of baa... That being saas isn't as simple as sitting and ordering from swing?? Seriously??! Like is that coming from the woman who is saas sitting on swing whole day... Such a sad bhashan

I was just wondering that just see who is giving this bhashan😆

We can't expect anything from Baa. She'll never change her nature. She just wants her son with family that's all. Whether Vanraj's doing anything right or wrong doesn't matter for her. She is thinking only vanraj can take all the responsibility anupama doesn't.

And comes to Kinjal Maybe baa will gonna do same thing with her like she is always doing with Anupama. Like taunts and all. But may be anupama would speak instead of Kinjal atleast. Let's see.

And I was bearing with everything else that she was saying until she said "Saas maa se bhi badh kar pyar kar le to bhi saas hi rehti hai"!!! Was she talking about herself and her saas? It could be possible that her saas loved her as a mother but she always treated her as the saas, because I never saw her treating Anupama as a daughter, leave alone give her more love that her own mother!!

Quite possible. She assumes that just because she couldn't love her MIL like her mom nor her DIL as a daughter that Anupama cannot.

I hope that she doesn't keep harassing Anupama through Kinjal.

@Bold, I am hoping the same but I doubt it seeing Anu's nature. I think, she will rather teach Kinjal that they are elders, we should yield. If it keeps going this way, I believe Kinjal will give up and speak back. She values self-respect, so I think we might see a track where Toshu baby will step up against baa.

The irony would be he never did that for Anu. Baa is not going to change overnight and Kinjal is no Anu, so it will be quite interesting to watch.😆

Saas is saas no matter what. Sorry I didntcatch up with the PREV episodes. Why didnt ba like Anupama as a dil as she said yesterday ? Didnt she bring Anupama as vanrajs wife ? Here vanraj says she wasnt his choice. So who brought her ? Babuji?

Even i like Kinjal and Anupamaa relation and scenes, Kinjal genuinely loves her and respects her... and that reaction she had when Anupamaa stopped her mother slapping her... as Anupamaa says My Bahu.

Baa... on her swing, with binoculars.... has she not learnt anything... i can see where Vanraj gets some of his attitude and me me me rant

It was Vanrajs dadi who scouted and picked Anupama who fell in love with him at once Baa and Vanraj have resented her from the beginning.
