I felt really sad after seeing the huge TRP drop. I believe it poor handling of the tracks and not planning properly how to go ahead and most importantly Mini overdose. They could have handled so many things nicely but wasted all opportunities. The need to involve Mini in everything ruins the essence of the show. It's not a revenge drama or about kitchen politics. They have even failed to use characters like Saurabh, Batuk, Greenwood properly. Greenwood was the most poorly written villian ever. I feel sorry for Jason.

Also notice, the TRP drops started once the new show Imlie started. I don't know what it is about that show but it's TRPs keep on increasing and ours keep on decreasing. If the makers want the TRPs to increase they will need better content. Or they may take the route I am most afraid of sooner than expected😭 🥺

In vain a character that could have used properly they used him as a puppet of Mini.

@Bold - agree! this track could have been very well executed with GW as a nasty Britisher trying to cause issues in girl education or something like that .. but no! they had to bring Mini and make GW a lame villain smiley11

True, they made Greenwood the lamest villian ever just to give importance and footage to Saudamini. I feel really sad and sorry for Jason. Why would they waste a good actor like that if they wanted him to just act like Mini's puppet and do nothing other than agreeing with "Betty" and standing or sitting like a statue without any dialogues. I have never ever felt more sorry for a villian before. He could have been utilised so well and he fitted perfectly in the period drama scenario as a cruel British officer. He could have been the trigger to make Anirudh an actual revolutionary rather than the namesake krantikari he is now. There are so many things they could have done with that character, but no they had to waste it for Minismiley11

By the way in the beginning they made it seem like he is pretty cruel but he turned out quite "fair" and tamesmiley37
