Copied from EDT(Added a little more of my view & as it is Ani's AT so thought of posting here), here is what I felt regarding last scene:

His voice expressed different emotions as well as held some kind of power in this scene.To me it felt like he was trying to appear strong with that stern face & say Bon can't be snatched way from him, in which he was failing beech beech mein.Request, complaint, zidd, khud ko bharosa dena- yeh saab cheezon ka mixture laga mujhe.

It was like even he didn't know what to feel exactly. Saurabh was one person whom he grew up with.He was already going through the pain, guilt of losing a friend, a brother for a reason which he thought of being his duty.When he heard the news of Bon,it hit him harder.When he looked at Saurabh's dead body after this,he almost expressionless face represented the same.I am surprised that Ani was still in his sense.

Also "zimmedari" thing, in every relationship every person has certain responsibilities.Today this "zimmedari" was not the same like he kept using till HM track.It was about a life partners responsibility.

May be it is not making any sense.But the whole thing appeared like this to me & I liked the last scene too.
