Salman doesn't hate her he scolds her when she does overnautanki. In season 11 salman favoured arshi many times and ignored her pathetic language against hina and priyank. He scolded her when she totally crossed her limits and when she fought with shilpa. Arshi is a big liar and her language is pathetic and she is a loudspeaker🤢🤢🤢

The problem with Salman is he is a highly judgemental man however the irony is that he himself is flawed.
