The smile on her face when Kesar tended to her and the relief of finally getting her Kesar back was so palpable. I remember her mat jaa during 3 month DV trial, the first night at their new home and she very hesitantly tells him, mat jaana mujhe yaha akele nahi rehena. I don’t remember the other Kahan that tu:( Final mein Kesar even tells her thodi der tujhse dur chala gaya to tu itna pareshaan ho gayi, mere chale jaane ke baad kya karegi
She says, "Kahaan tha tu ab tak" in the dhol scene when she comes back to the haveli for Janmasthami also....it's a brief scene but utne se bit mein hi itne nuances hain....the way she watches him when he's playing the dhol, the Piyu Mhaare in the bg, then the "Kahaan tha tu ab tak" and his response, "Filhaal toh main saatvein aasmaan pe hoon"😆.....he never beat around the bush about the fact that Gulaal was his only high in life😆
Looking forward Please include the imli bit, the first time when she sees Kesar after 10 years, also some bits of the new home, especially that selfie bit where Kesar is hurt that isme bhi he got cut
Sure, I'll gif the imli scene....I'd made some gifs a long time back but now I want to make a fresh batch :) Aww the photograph scene....one of my favs....the heartbreak of the moment when Kesar does that bittersweet laugh ki ismein bhi main aadha kat gaya.....brilliant acting from Neil and Manasi once again.....ok I'll make a fresh batch on all these scenes you mentioned :)
I just remembered I watched that scene yesterday, where Kesar does chulha jalao to warm milk for Gulaal. In the new home when he tries to help Gulaal, she tells him tere bas ki baat nahi hai

Kyunki baat toh sach hi thi na.....Kesar was the only one who loved not the idea of Gulaal but the person that she was....his instant affinity for Gulaal was based on a sense of connection that was instinctual. With Vasant, there was the whole idea in a sense of the LEGEND of Gulaal being this magical girl....then her having to live up to the responsibility of that legend....it all gave a sense of a lot of responsibility being placed on her shoulders from the moment she met Vasant....cuz Vasant himsef was a very responsible kind of guy who had a bigger vision for his family, his village and that is what took precedence over everything. For Kesar, everything began and ended with Gulaal....it was all consuming.
That was the best part of the episode. She is ethically and morally very strong, but people perceive it as selfish and emotionless!
