The way Aryan was behaving today, I felt he purposefully did everything to bring out K's truth and this whole thing is an act.

Aryan would never hurt Ishani. He is selfish yes but I feel he only bonds with Ishani.

Plus when he is sure it's vansh why will he try to prove him as Vihaan. He knows the full extent of Vansh's anger. I don't think he will take the risk
