In the middle of this , she is coping with her grief. So she will remain oblivious to the glaring similarities. She witnessed him jump, we as audience know it is ITV and hence Vihaan is Vansh. But as a human character, she can't expect him returning na. Also she wants to remain faithful to Vansh's memories, so her mind is finding ways to differentiate between a doppelganger from her husband. Human psychology.

It's good that vansh is not blindly accusing or mistreating her. He is giving her chance trying to know her side story.
