Arrey her whole life has been turned upside down since Vansh's cliff incident. She has too many things in her mind like trying to protect the family while trying to control Vihaan. In the middle of this , she is coping with her grief. So she will remain oblivious to the glaring similarities. She witnessed him jump, we as audience know it is ITV and hence Vihaan is Vansh. But as a human character, she can't expect him returning na. Also she wants to remain faithful to Vansh's memories, so her mind is finding ways to differentiate between a doppelganger from her husband. Human psychology.
