Aww yes, the Imli scene was really lovely.....actually it's one of those early scenes that show that no matter what Gulaal says about only wanting Kesar to be attached to Talli, her emotions towards him had already shifted when he came back 10 years later.....the way she reacted to the Imli - the soft smile on her face as she knew that Kesar brought it for her only and the way she cherished it said a lot.

And the Imlis make a reappearance later on in the scene when MB comes to ask her what she's planned for herself after Kesar-Talli get married....the way she collects the spilled imli pieces from the floor silently afterwards speak volumes about what she doesn't allow herself to admit.

I wish they had gone for traditional cotton bandhanis, kachhi embroidered ghaghra cholis for Gulaal too, instead of those gaudy cholis😆 I liked her dressing in the beginning when she was with Vasant , then they changed it . It was good in the last phase, she had her hair open and those gaudy necklaces gave way to smaller ones😆

MB ke toh itne fancy shawls thay and they were classy one could tell ke yeh paisa lagaya hai Sara paisa idhar hi gaya hai😆 copy paste thay baaki sabke but chalo 2,3 pair to thay bechare giga ji toh poora show ek frock main hi kar gaye😆

Gulaal ki blouses were just so ehh woh stick on patterns chipkaye on top on those mismatched materials jod tod ke sile huye😆 yeh alag baat hai ke i never really focused on that caz her charcetr had more to focus on but it used to bug me ke gulaal soti bhi isi cheap fabric maint hi. Yes I like the mirror work cholis is beginning too . I was thankful that they let her open her hair at the end for a bit .

He was not at all sorry for beating the guy but he started realizing that his anger have started having far reaching impact on everyone.

I liked his indirect way of saying sorry for hurting Gulaal with his words and actions. So many times they are having a conversation which only both of them understood, others won’t even have a clue about what is actually going on . Lol @ Gulaal keeping Imli in her drawer and her guilt when she drops them when Motabha walks in 😆

LOL I think these were simpler times....most shows mein aise uniform type outfits hi hote the characters ke.....😆.

Gulaal's outfits were changed after she got married to make her look more "bahu-like"😆.....Reva's outfits were similarly changed once she got married too....lol apparently getting married means you need to instantly wear more chamkeela stuff....haha but now I have a soft corner for all of Gulaal's ghaaghra cholis....itne toh repeat huye series mein....wohi standard sets with the jewelery pieces....mujhe toh memorize ho gaye😆

And then it just wouldn't have had the same effect if Gulaal had a ghoonghat with her old outfits....yeh new heavy outfits ke saath kya solid rigid tareeke se apna ghoonghat pakad ke uske peechhe apne emotions chhupaati thi humaari Galool😆.

But yeah, it was nice to see her getting back to open hair in the last phase chaahe briefly hi sahi.

Btw no comment on Kesar/Neil's haircut suddenly in the last week?😆....we were so amused by it at the time cuz his hair had grown too long around that phase and then suddenly DV toot te hi Kesar haircut karvaa ke aa gaya even in Devdas mode😆

Yes I lie ka bikharna like her life is at that point was so symbolic and then her pain seeing it all bikini hui the way she holds each piece and put it together like she does with herself everytime after every jolt

Rofl yes I noticed it ek dum hi kesar alag lagne laga tha with the haircut 😆 and kesar hi kyon even MB got a haircut for that last week 😆 I found it super amusing too ke last 4 din ke liye look change kar dia ke 4 din aise hi rakhte it took me 2 episodes to get used to short haired kesar with a bit of stubble 😆 and phir mujhe aur hassi aayi caz my brain went to current state ke shayad 2 din ke liye hi barber shop khula tha iss liye everyone got a haircut😆

About the outfits yes it didn't bother as much caz tab norm hi yeh hota tha everyone used to get 3,4 similar outfits in every color hi not like today apni nakku also had 2,3 hi jode tab woh Khushi Kumari Gupta singh raizada(phew 2,4 aur naam jod leti) also had woh pom pom wale hi chudidaars in every color. Yeh toh bohat usual tha and nobody was bothered by it as such caz again focus used to be on actions of the characters the stories instead of outfits and roz itna notice nahi hota notice hota hai binge main 😆

Reva bechari ke toh gulaal se bhi bure haal thay she only had one pink and one teal sari all the time😆

Yes mujhe bhi sabke outfits and saare colors yaad ho gaye hain

There is one line in the scene when Kesar is ranting in front of Devi Maa ki murti in the mandir that I think sums up his character😆....."Mujhe duniya ke DHAKOSLE nahin samajh mein aate"😆.

That is Kesar in a nutshell....the pure heart of a child jisko duniyadaari kabhi samajh nahin aayi because he was just so straightforward about his emotions and thoughts....while the world operates on appearances and perception games....and ofcourse I'm talking here about post confession Kesar, not the one being ripped apart by his MU over Gulaal.

All this becomes even more apparent in that phase where he keeps honestly sharing with Gulaal how much he depends on her emotionally or the fact that he honestly keeps expressing his desire to give her happiness without trying to hide it behind some excuse......woh aur baat hai ki Gulaal keeps getting defensive and giving him awkward looks which in turn then make him try to step back.....lol but overall his personality was just one of pure honesty. It was the blazing honesty of his feelings that I think also spooked Gulaal a lot which is why she tried to dismiss him as nasamajh to make it easier to deny him any standing😆.
