This drama just started last week. I have liked it so far. Here is the story so far those who are curious. Mohsin is ghalib, his cousins r Mariam noor who is Saadia n nazish who is kubra. Ghalib liked kubra since he was a kid n Saadia liked ghalib. Saadia n kubra r sisters. Their dad asked for a marriage between Saadia n ghalib on the wish of Saadia. Ghalib rejected her cause he liked kubra n because of this Saadia was married off elsewhere. Ghalib is not as rich as kubra n Saadia’ s dad. His chacha. Ghalib is a tailor. He is basically a bechari larki but a male version, in front of kubra. Kubra is shown as a spoiled girl. She thinks every highly of herself. She uses n bullies ghalib a lot n he says nothing. Kubra likes fahad sheikh’s character Danyal. They both like each other. Ghalib’s mom, dadi n sister go to kubra’s house for rishta. Kubra when she hears abt it, insults ghalib then slaps him, insults him some more, drags him to a mirror n tells him to look at himself n that he is not worth her, he continues to beg her to say yes to the rishta, she insults him some more, says person with honor chulu bhar pani mein duub Marjata after all this. He leaves crying. She said all this in front of her dad, phupo, dadi, ghalib n his sister. Man this girl has guts. Kubra’s dad says nothing to kubra n tells his mom, he also felt bad when Saadia was rejected by ghalib. Danyal n kubra’s marriage is fixed, even though danyal’s mom doesn’t like her. Saadia is also happy to find out ghalib is rejected. We see in the teaser for next week, kubra invites ghalib to her marriage n then later on danyal doesn’t bring barat to the marriage cause his mom is sick.

Ghalib will probably get married to kubra because of it, but I hope it isn’t the case. Ghalib deserves better. Bichara. Mohsin is the star of the show, like you would expect. He is the best actor of the entire group. I think the story had great potential if it was someone other than nazish like a neelum or ayeza khan n it wasn’t on express. This would be a hit on a channel like ary. Probably not a lot of actresses want to work with mohsin.

Thank you for the review.😊 I too found the story interesting from the promos. 😃 I think Nazish isn't lead material. But I never doubted Mohsin's acting skills. He did many powerfull roles in dramas like: Muqabil , Lashkara , Meri Guriya and even Deewar E Shab in which he had a cameo. But his personal life matters spoiled his image.😒

I can't believe Ghalib will be still wanting to marry Kubra after all this.

It’s quite sad really. He is so talented yet, still can’t get big dramas. But that is how it should be if wat happened in his personal life is true

I don't weither it was true or not. But his wife seemed like attention seeker to me.🤔 I am not defending him. It is clear that there is something between him and Nazish which caused the howk in his marriage. But his wife too isn't perfect. That's what I feel.

Mohsin should've thanked his stars that he still has a job. If a legend like Firdous Jamal is called out because of few words he spoke against an actress.. Imagine what could've have been done to Mohsin .
