Jo bhi hai abhi tak the show is decent aaj ka episode dekha nahi but yes the whole scenario in police station was really fun and yes woh inspector turning out to be gulzar fan was lol. Also woh book wala trying to sell him the book all of a sudden after 😆

Saru Fui track will end and then a big dramatic shift will set up the last phase of the show....I won't spoil it for you :P ....but yeah there's lovely GK scenes in the last phase of the show.....some of their most poignant and beautiful ones.....it will become fully GK-centric in that last stretch.

Oh thanks for igniting some excitement for me again caz I was kaafi disappointed at things falling like that last night but chalo I will look forward to it more now

I think it's a combination of the poetic writing and the voice of the ML but these little whimsical bits of lines he narrates in every epi are coming across beautifully.....

"Jab andhera utarta hai har ore,

uske peechhe peechhe utarti hai ummeed,

Subah hone se theek pehle hota hai sabse kaala aasmaan,

baarish hone se pehle chalti hain aandhiyaan,

dil ke kisi kone mein jab darr sa uthta hai,

koi ungli thaam kar kehta hai

aage badho, manzil paas hi hai...bahut paas.

Andhera aur ummeed judwaa bhai hain,

chalte hain ek dusre ke saath saath,

I really enjoyed this epi....woh Ramesh taxiwala turned out to be such a sweet character in the way he helped out Sarang and woh Mumbai ki cramped space and how people take it into stride nicely dikhaya.

Yup I told you it was nice and heartwarming epi and yes the ML is doing such a great job at saying the poetry and has a good voice too. The lehja in which things are said matter sadly aajkal log yeh basics pe dhyan hi mahi dete and khud ko bada koi changez khan of acting samjhne lagte hainnitna high udate hain when they can't even deliver 2 lines like they are meant to be. Kya ladke kya ladkiyan. 🤷‍♀️

@bold: Lehja is the word! Seriously his voice and diction are both quite good....itne time baad kisi ke muh se itni saaf Hindi suni hai among TV actors😆.....that voice and his diction is making him more believable as a writer for this character.

It really is sad how much diction quality has otherwise degraded among actors these days.

I feel like I am listening to radio show, especially night time wale have that whimsical feels ( especially because of his voice:) )

Its simple yet so meaningful:) I missed the last part while watching. Ekdam dil chhu lene wali lines hoti hai!

Ekdam ghar chhote but dil bade wali feeling aati hai.

The fact that they have shot a lot of episodes in advance shows in the quality of the episodes. I just love all chhote mote characters and their interactions.

Cop was hilarious with his reactions on Gulzaar and his tattoo 🤣 The way he just came up towering and opens his shirt and shows the tattoo🤣 Such quirky characters are refreshing to watch:)

Ab after all the mess the way she makes talli do kesar ki things caz she wants to avoid him and is mad at him and doesn't want to give hawa to his paap ki bhwna and hopes ke iss tarah woh khatam ho jaayegi apne aap is just not done. Now she is becoming the reason for both of them hurting knowingly. Fine you have beaf with kesar and you are totally shaken by the revelation but isme talli ka kya Kasoor hai gulaal why are you hurting her feelings by making her do things she might otherwise would be doing as his wife you want her to care for kesar and all and you send him all and then wiase toh woh jaise upset hoti hai hoti hai but ohor kesar bhi bhipar jaata hai at gulaal ke actions and denies her more and wahan se bhi she get upset. However I am enjoying talli trying to make kesar understand ke woh kisi ko apme se pyar zabardasti nahi karwa sakta them bonding over jisko yeh pyar karte hain woh inko turn back nahi karta and talli ka new idea by trying it in a different ways now caz aise toh ab kesar har cheez try kar chuka hai and gulaal isn't budging

Talli stopped being a chep and so became much more bearable and you feel for her as her childhood dream of marrying Kesar crashed so badly. Kesar and Talli are now like in the same boat, both love the other from childhood but that person doesn’t love back🥺

LOL haan it was quite naturally done....Alia ka businesswoman side is so to the point....it's refreshing.

Even after she finds out about her husband's infidelity, I found it refreshing to see the way she was still shown going to work and handling questions from her employees....yeah she was kinda distracted cuz of the shock of what she learnt but they didn't show her totally falling apart itna ki she can't even work.....matlab they kept some credibility for why she's a successful businesswoman who's so focused even in the face of a personal tragedy.

Sarang ne apne roommates ko Mathura ke pede and achaar se pataa liya😆.....what a secular house he's found to live in....sab religions ka representation ho gaya hai😆. And Alia ka name search kar ke DDS ki job ad bhi mil gayi....lol he's landed up at DDS to interview.

Precap is Alia getting drunk and then bumping into Sarang again.....lol shirt hi phaad di bechaare ki....thoda OTT ho gaya.

But word on what you said about the feel of listening to a radio show when Sarang narrates his poetry.....let's see if it lasts beyond 2 weeks😆

LOL the build up with that chunar/odhni was next level.....first, Kesar gifting it to Gulaal but Gulaal putting it away in her closet, seemingly forgotten for a bit....then it unexpectedly resurfaces just in time for the Vat Savitri pooja....Talli finds it on her own and puts it on....leaving Gulaal with little choice but to indulge her even though she can very well guess what Kesar's reaction will be, still she goes along with Talli.....for an otherwise such a courageous woman, Gulaal was quite a coward on many issues with Kesar around that phase - I guess the stakes were very high na....lol

Gulaal ka dabba gul kar diya tha Kesar ne in the entire track😆 Gulaal was on a one track mission of getting Talli- Kesar married, but Kesar put a big spanner in her carefully built plan😆

And what a day Talli picked to wear the chunar.....a Kesar who was on the verge of leaving town in anger, decides to return when he learns from Dushyant that Gulaal kept the vrat for him.....just as he shares a softer moment with Gulaal, feeling happy that she has shown care for him in some way, that's when fate has him lay eyes on TALLI wearing the very dupatta that he lovingly brought for Gulaal....and so the volcano explodes. I love this scene for the way it's all been shot with the bonfire in the backdrop....so symbolic of the fire raging inside Kesar....and then the shots of him sitting all night next to the bonfire waiting for Gulaal to show up for the taalaab confrontation.....I just love those shots....I've used them in so many

He was so happy that Gulaal did a vrat for him that even when Talli specifically asked to look at her he just kept smiling without noticing her at all. Talli had to specifically draw his attention towards the chunnar and it just took a split second to turn a very happy Kesar into raging anger. It is only fitting that the chunnar was finally burnt in a bonfire too.

Gulaal could have told him more even without getting into the details of what Dushyant did....but she continued to keep things so vague and generic that Kesar couldn't stand it.....it's again part of how she treats him like a kid....this is how adults treat kids - ki you aren't capable of understanding nuances and details, so here's a generic explanation, be happy with that.

I guess both of them were having such heated arguments, Gulaal was already stressed about too many things going wrong at the same time. I just feel whatever way she answered there was a fear of things getting absolutely out of her control.

And then, Gulaal lost her temper on feeling cornered so she lashed out defensively at Kesar using Vasant as a shield.....lol is sab mein Vasant ka kya connection tha that she suddenly swung to saying only Vasant has a right on her? Yes, Kesar's insinuation about her and Dushyant was insulting and the slap was well deserved....but everything she said after that using Vasant as a shield once again showed a Gulaal unable to deal with Kesar's emotions.....she could sense where Kesar's questions were really coming from and she started to feel defensive as a woman who can sense a man's feelings for her....that is why Vasant's name was the instant shield she used....cuz otherwise there were better ways of retorting to Kesar's questions without dragging Vasant in. This became standard Gulaal modus operandi to push Kesar away cuz she couldn't deal with his feelings for her.

Vasant was definitely a shield she used to deter Kesar from further questioning . But just that one insinuation gave Gulaal a chance to be completely defensive and chose not to answer his questions.

LOL he will repeat that "Haina, Gulaal" throughout the entire Kesar-Talli shaadi track.....har cheez dikhaa dikhaa ke bolega and karega Gulaal ko.

I loved Kesar in this track, Gulaal ki sitti beeti gum kar di hai🤣 I am so loving his haina Gulaal 😆 Gulaal is using emotional blackmailing so unfairly , I feel for Kesar :(

There's a bit during the sangeet/garba when Kesar goes "Nachoooo".....that was such a popular meme/inside joke in the forum in that phase.

That was awesome 🤣 He tells Gulaal he will fulfill his promise, he will make sure Talli is never happy and she will have to watch everything unfolding in front of her eyes. After that he goes NACHO🤣

This and Kesar ka "Chhee" reaction when Gulaal accused him of harboring "Paap ki bhaavna" for her

Yet to watch this one😆

Oh btw I looked up and found out ke gulaal was written by one of SLB ka associates who has gone now to write BM and worked on devdas as a screenplay writer too well ot kinda explains the quality esp coming from devdas with BM I have my issues but that is more of SLB's creative input like I know why the flaws are there caz that is slb's taste and he doesn't budge on his instincts we know that but wow a man wrote such powerful female characters and actually understood them and made them so dynamic hard to beleive esp aajkalke zamane main. Koi logon ke uday sir ko dikhai ke males aisa bhi likh sakte hain. 🤣 give the woman the sympathy she deserves but Don't make her mop around that add more to that har waqt apne dukhon aur jeevan ko kosti nahi and add that subtext to characters🤣
