shraddha manit and anjum have also worked with other channels while being in kdb. why wasnt zee miffed with them?

problem started with launch of hipi. everyone promoted it except dd. naagin came much later.

Yeah but zee tv was supposedly really miffed at both ekta and paridhi-rajat due to the latter two appearing on ekta-produced reality show on colors. It's another thing that unlike starplus, zeetv isn't as petty and doesn't take action against a production house or actor for such things and they move on from it after a little exchange of words... star plus on the other hand blow things out of proportion when a production house or actor miffs them and takes petty action as sort of revenge. No matter how loved a show is, if an actor or production house does something they don't agree with a channel still gets annoyed.

Yeah actors don't have to, but it's always better for an actor's relationship with a channel if they help the channel in promoting it.

I was thinking about the picture that was there on insta and twitter in which Karan was holding the seive and looking at the moon. Rakhi and preeta were also there in that picture. I thought it would be a scene during the fast opening ceremony. But since that scene got over today I think it might be a offscreen picture.

Dear like I said, actors contracts get regularly renewed, and clauses on their contracts can change with each renewal, and actors can use leverage to try and negotiate the contract to their terms before resigning. We have no idea when an actor has signed an exclusivity clause or other natures of contracts, and we never really know when a actor's contract is due to run out and up for renegotiation. And kundali bhagya is a long-running show. They don't just sign one contract at start of show and that's all. They have to keep signing and agreeing to new ones as time passes, so conditions of their commitment and what they can and can't do change over time.

So in beginning it's possible that none of them were allowed to work on another channel whilst in kundali, but later with contract renewals their clauses ended up changing so that they could work on other channels.

It's clear dheeraj and zeetv both have some issue for some time now and most likely you are right about the problem not being because of naagin, but like I said whether an actor can work across channels at the same time depends on contract restrictions or allowances which differ for different actors, different channels. I know for a fact SP contracts are far more particular and strict because they are far more controlling and insecure channel lol.
