I finally decided to make a drive to upload Kesar-Gulaal scenes in sequence😆.....abhi it's a work in progress, but I'll keep uploading as I get time.

It really helps to have these scenes in sequence....you realize the amazing amount of foreshadowing even pre-leap.....like the fact that the Mojris that eventually got used in the DV were first claimed by Kesar....lol....Gulaal had made them for Vasant but Kesar demanded even then that he get them....what a stroke of destiny that he did end up wearing those very shoes for the DV.

And that little bit of scene where Kesar tells Vasant that he took Gulaal away from him so many times so now he will take Gulaal away from Vasant😆.....the foreshadowing really is surreal level.

Ultimately it makes you think that Gulaal and Vasant may have dreamed of building a world with each other but Kesar was the instrument of destiny who DEMANDED to be with Gulaal and ultimately proved to be the strongest prevailing force in this story.

Haha you finally reached the confrontation....but before this scene, I LOVE the odhni confrontation.....the "aur teri duniya mein" scene and Kesar finally learning why Gulaal was pushing him towards Talli....and then him stewing in anger all night with Raman poisoning his brain again against Gulaal.

The odhni scene and taalab scene that followed it were fabulous. Finally some things came out in the open!

I loved how he just vented out his feelings unabashedly. Kesars yeh odhni tere liye pareshaani ban gayi thi na and his whole rant on how she had to do so many things to get rid of it, so its better he himself destroy the very thing that is the cause of her trouble. I was so happy he burnt that chunnar😆

Gulaal in a way did not want to give chunnar to Talli, but when Talli found it she had no other choice. Kesars hurt on her giving away his chunnar, finally makes Gulaal say it, “ Talli bachpan se tujhe chahti hai” and Kesar takes a step back. He asked her all the valid questions, how can you take such a big decision of my life without knowing my likes or dislikes? You can see Gulaal fumbling and trying to fib out uncomfortable questions because it does not neatly fix into the box . Motabhas conversation with Gulaal about how her one sided decision, without thinking about what issues could arise in future sounds so prophetic now.

Gulaal is so trapped by her conviction that she cannot think of anyone accept Vasant and its more complicated by her promise right from childhood to Talli that she will get her married to Kesar.

Then morning with the confrontation....finally Kesar lays it out bare in front of Gulaal....all his hurt, his anger, his frustration....and Gulaal becomes mutinous at being questioned by Kesar....she once again retreats towards the comfort of using Vasant as a shield...."Vasant ke ilava kisi ka haq nahin mujhse sawaal karne ka".....lol.....toh obviously Kesar was bound to fixate on the haq line.

The dhamakedaar scene next day is next level. It just pulls you in as a viewer, the constant push and pull here is something else entirely. Kesar finally asks her every question that was bothering him for so many years.

I like how he starts with just asking as discreetly as he could, but Gulaal kept giving him vague answers, which finally made him explode and ask her What is it that made you lie to everyone for so many years, not only that now you are supporting the very person that killed Vasant? What I love is Gulaal does try to answer the best she can, because how can she tell him what actually happened with Dushyant and her? So she just tell him to trust her and she did only what she did to fulfill Vasant’s promise.

Kesar tellling her he wants actual answers as its his haq to know what happened was so legit too, but he just went a bit far with , Tu meri shaadi Talli se isliye karna chahti hai taaki tere aur Dushyant bha ka rasta saaf ho! Which rightfully earned him a slap and also gave Gulaal the leeway to not answer any of his questions now.

I freaking loved the whole back and forth from there. Kesar trying to hurt Gulaal with his words just because he increasingly feels that Gulaal is going away from her. Gulaal on the other hand is broken with Kesars insinuations in regards to Dushyant and her.

Kesars rant after koi haq nahi mera ? was heartbreaking🥺

Now you are tempting me to gif this scene too....but I'll look forward to yours!

And then the "baat teri jo thi" scene....another one of the epic ones....lol Kesar flipped into wanting to retaliate after Gulaal hurt him so deeply.....and the method of retaliation was mind games....har line mein taana....ki chalo I'll maano your baat.....but I'll do it my way😆......the genius of the way that line is written, man....."Teri baat toh mujhe maanni hi thi.....baat TERI jo thi"👏.

There was a whole another level of conversation taking place here between Gk! I just love how unpredictable Kesars reactions are , it serves Gulaal right by keeping her on edge all the time.

The funny thing is Gulaal got happy he listened to him, she is trying so hard to ignore the obvious here. 😆But Kesar made sure he puts his point across with his taunts. As you said the brilliant line, Teri baat toh mujhe manni hi thi, baat teri jo thi. How amazing the whole conversation took place in front of Motabha who got no inkling of whats going on. Also I loved he kept saying , haina Gulaal the whole time, that wiped the smile off her face😆

And LOL, all his taunts about shaadi before this bit...."Main jaanta hoon, shaadi koi mazaak nahin hai"....and the way he MEANINGFULLY looks at Gulaal when he says this😆.....Gulaal ki jaan sookhi padi thi is scene mein😆.

Lol at shaadi koi mazaak nahi hai shade😆

Up next is the Kesar-Talli shaadi track and Kesar at his most twisted in some ways😆.....Talli ka delusion will only break when the shaadi breaks.....woh scene tumhein dekh kar hi samajh aayega😆

I think there was shadowing in every step of the way during the pre leap. But sometimes as you said its so subtle you don’t even realize it! During the ghodi chadhna thing too he insisted that he wanted to do it and both of them ended up on the ghodi😆 I think thats the picture he has in his room:)

On a side note, Does anyone else see the striking resemblance kid Kesar has with Falguni Pathak? maybe its just the hair and his clothes but at times he looks like a replica😆

Thats beautifully put! Kesar just had that strong connect and haq over Gulaal from the very beginning. He just demanded things from Gulaal with an authority and she always playfully obliged:)

Yay thanks for this😛 now it will be easier to find scenes to gif or mix it . Really appreciate all the hardworking you put into this.

And yes the mojhdis had such an important part since the time gulaal made them he demanded them right there and felt jealous too ke she made it for Vasant and gulaal had to promise ke next time she will make for them then the very obvious ones like both of them sitting on the camel together and kesar getting on it first in his excitement and also his gulaal meri zyada hai in ways jaise naaraz hota tha and gulal and Vasant would indulge him in caz he was the laadla hehe

All kesar wants is gulaal and because he loves her. But gulaal thinks ke he is mistreating her his paap ki banana is too big to be overlooked and isko kathputhli banana chahta hai when it is none of that. Sigh yeh bohat painful phase hai waise to watch and gulaal is just not helping the matters

Arre i finally have melted for talli and now I even feel terrible for that and mujhe iske liye bhi gulaal pe ghussa aa raha hai not caz of the whole shaadi thing but the aftermath. Fine you have beaf with kesar and you are totally shaken by the revelation but isme talli ka kya Kasoor hai gulaal why are you hurting her feelings by making her do things she might otherwise would be doing as his wife you want her to care for kesar and all and you send him all and then wiase toh woh jaise upset hoti hai hoti hai but ohor kesar bhi bhipar jaata hai at gulaal ke actions and denies her more and wahan se bhi she get upset. However I am enjoying talli trying to make kesar understand ke woh kisi ko apme se pyar zabardasti nahi karwa sakta them bonding over jisko yeh pyar karte hain woh inko turn back nahi karta and talli ka new idea by trying it in a different ways now caz aise toh ab kesar har cheez try kar chuka hai and gulaal isn't budging

Omg that love confession scene is just so 😍 just the mere simplicity of it the way he said it straight in simple words ke pyar karta hoon no frills no tamasha no baat ko keechna ek dum simple pure seedha dil se. It was heartening yet heartbreaking with the way gulaal unleashed her anger and disapproval with the slaps ki baarish on him while he just stands there and let her unleash it take it out man so much anguish on her part that how can the unthinkable happen and how can kesar voice it out and then the whole durr bhagna bit kesar itna majboor and itna helpless literally falling at her feet to stop her itna zich ho gaya he looked so vulnerable in this phase of gulaal turning him away and him just wanting her to be around my heart went out to him and then his simple conversation with paanbha the man to woman talk not maa beta his simple meri galti kya hai yeh ke main gulaal se pyar karta hoon ya yeh ke main Vasant bha ki patni se pyar karta hoon . The simplicity in the way they are dealing with this super complex situation is mindblowing. I am feeling extra bad for him caz ek toh gulaal ka behavior and ilzamon ki baarish on him from calling him paapi To assuming he wants patni wala haq caz he wants to own her and again totally misunderstanding and doing the whole outburst on him with kesar all lost and confused and going to bol kya rahi hai toh him promising her he won't come face her if that is what is bothering her oh man💔

And gulaal behan toh sakhti ke record tod rahi hai she wouldn't even tend to him as a return when he gets sick caz itna sakht ho gayi hai and not like isko woh yaad nahi aaya but she doesn't want to give him any wrong idea either lol. How adorable was he putting the blanket on her caz she was sleeping uncomfortably while he was sick in middle of night aww ek dum kaise smile ke saath soya yeh phir and subah his little drowsy expectation and then the switch to reality

Gulaal ka dilemma is very understandable too it is too much for her and her assuming that this is why he wants to claim her as his wife isn't really unrealistic either caz eventually toh pati patni ka rishta has that as a crucial part fact hai but where she is wrong is thinking that this is the bain of his existence that his ultimate goal is only that. Come on gulaal itna galat matt socho after all he is your kesar. Sure he said he loves you but love toh you guys have always had na that mutual respect is out of love too even if the nature of that love was different back then

Oh and how I wish she actually read all of the letters abhi toh woh bhi she is taking them in a very wrong way that he was wanting her from all this time bilkul hi bhavna galat taraf chali gayi due to how things unfolded because she saw them after the big declaration..I am not liking ghar walon ka bartao with gulaal now and sudha turning total evil and ab woh zaalim sasuralis BS . Jamuna still has valid points at many times but the execution of her thoughts are now getting really ehh and typical though in the long term she is kinda working for KG ki Bhallai hi.

I am missing paanba mothaba and Giga bha in this whole thing yeh jamuna taking center stage with sudha and Raman as her croonies is so ehh and am missing the genuine family feels

LOL the build up with that chunar/odhni was next level.....first, Kesar gifting it to Gulaal but Gulaal putting it away in her closet, seemingly forgotten for a bit....then it unexpectedly resurfaces just in time for the Vat Savitri pooja....Talli finds it on her own and puts it on....leaving Gulaal with little choice but to indulge her even though she can very well guess what Kesar's reaction will be, still she goes along with Talli😆.....for an otherwise such a courageous woman, Gulaal was quite a coward on many issues with Kesar around that phase - I guess the stakes were very high na....lol

And what a day Talli picked to wear the chunar.....a Kesar who was on the verge of leaving town in anger, decides to return when he learns from Dushyant that Gulaal kept the vrat for him.....just as he shares a softer moment with Gulaal, feeling happy that she has shown care for him in some way, that's when fate has him lay eyes on TALLI wearing the very dupatta that he lovingly brought for Gulaal....and so the volcano explodes😆. I love this scene for the way it's all been shot with the bonfire in the backdrop....so symbolic of the fire raging inside Kesar....and then the shots of him sitting all night next to the bonfire waiting for Gulaal to show up for the taalaab confrontation.....I just love those shots....I've used them in so many VMs😆

Gulaal could have told him more even without getting into the details of what Dushyant did....but she continued to keep things so vague and generic that Kesar couldn't stand it.....it's again part of how she treats him like a kid....this is how adults treat kids - ki you aren't capable of understanding nuances and details, so here's a generic explanation, be happy with that😆.

And then, Gulaal lost her temper on feeling cornered so she lashed out defensively at Kesar using Vasant as a shield.....lol is sab mein Vasant ka kya connection tha that she suddenly swung to saying only Vasant has a right on her? Yes, Kesar's insinuation about her and Dushyant was insulting and the slap was well deserved....but everything she said after that using Vasant as a shield once again showed a Gulaal unable to deal with Kesar's emotions.....she could sense where Kesar's questions were really coming from and she started to feel defensive as a woman who can sense a man's feelings for her....that is why Vasant's name was the instant shield she used....cuz otherwise there were better ways of retorting to Kesar's questions without dragging Vasant in. This became standard Gulaal modus operandi to push Kesar away cuz she couldn't deal with his feelings for her😆.

There's a bit during the sangeet/garba when Kesar goes "Nachoooo"🤣.....that was such a popular meme/inside joke in the forum in that phase.

This and Kesar ka "Chhee" reaction when Gulaal accused him of harboring "Paap ki bhaavna" for her😆

LMAOOO🤣....I know what you mean though....resemblance toh hai.....but Ali is too cute a kid yaar....I think it's probably his ethnic Gujju jacket type outfits that are giving you that feel too since Falguni is mostly a garba event singer who performs in such outfits too na?😆
