Our eagle eyed forum members already noticed there was a second kurumpadam with the “valarpu seri illa” quote shown during the shooting, but then cut during the telecast. It was obvious to me based on everyone’s reaction shots after the kurumpadam session was over. Anitha looked shocked and was discussing with Sanam how they are saying “avan, ivan” about Aari. Aajeedh looked glum and disappointed, while Aari looked angry. Bala as always when he is caught starts laughing. They didn’t even show his response to Kamal’s question on what Bala thinks now after the kurumpadam.
It was nice that the show went out of their way to give a good clean exit to Samyuktha. But this is where it shows their different treatment to people with money and people without. Julie and Meera were left to slaughter with the public during their exit, with even their exit videos showing their negative actions. Ithey courtesy avangalukku enn kudukala?

I used to say I saw a glimpse of Aari’s other side which made me dislike him. Like that I saw a glimpse of Bala’s other side today in his tears for Sam. Kallukul eram madhiri.
He is not all that bad , he just treats this BB as a game and playing it accordingly. He might have different opinions about these people outside of Bb, inside most of them are his opponents in the game. I like how he has developed affection for few people and remaining loyal to them.
He devises many plans , starts well , succeeded in some but failed miserably in other plans. I really wish he would avoid playing dirty games. I will be the first one to critique when he does that.

Velmurugan mentioned this multiple times in his interview. During the sontha kathai narration in the first week, Bala had said because his father used to hit him, he once retaliated by hitting his father with the gas valve when he was sleeping 😟 They cut this off in the aired episode apparently. But Velmurugan said he used to be scared to confront Bala, worrying if he hits his father itself he won’t think twice about touching him and then it’ll be embarrassing for him.
With the leg lifting episode, Bala proved he will go to any extent. And after the weekend and Kamal’s soft handling it’s confirmed he won’t face any consequences for it. So it’s understandable why other contestants would rather not confront him...Bala is the male Aishwarya this year. Everyone knows no matter what the channel will keep saving. So others better just sit back and play their own games within themselves.
