This over stretching of Kohlis anger is only to keep Ranbir busy with own problems so that he won't be able to take stand for Prachi in front of Mehras. So that there can be lots imof crying, badmouthing, humiliation and all.

People like Rhea, Shahana who should be guided properly how to talk, how to behave, how to invest time in productive ways...they are left alone to do whatever they want.

And Pranbir who are much more sensible than any characters of kkb..are all time being forced into others' making decisions for them
