But I didn't feel there is severe hate ....they both love each other...but there was distrust , heartbreak n anger..they both can never truly hate each other..

as of now Vansh is very much angry with Ridhima because she hided her side of truth everytime and is somewhere responsible for every dam mishap happened but maybe further jaise jaise uski side of story Vansh k samne aayegi he will also understand ki she was herself used by the mastermind he thought is behind her further Siya jab thik hogi vo v sach bta degi so its just Vansh must be angry with her but can never hate her

Vansh said he sees his mom in her so is it he can be angry with his mom but can never hate her similarly he can be angry with ridhima but can never hate her .... and the thing hurted him most was he thought Ridhima never trusted him before falling he just remembered all those hateful words Ridhima said to him

Yeah exactly...he can hurt her but not hate her..he is angry n hurt and he will give it back hard...but he will not abandon her or hate her
