Fireworks are not a significant contributor to pollution. Using them one day out of the year really doesn't do much damage. Real pollution problems are causes by factories, industry, chemical plants and the burning of fossil fuels. Until they don't stop these polluters with laws and enforcement, India will remain dirty and polluted.
Nobody wants to solve real problems in India. The government definitely has no interest either. Everything is just a foolish social media campaign about silly things like fireworks. And yes, celebrities are a huge part of this stupidity. I can understand why people got mad at Virat for his lecture.
Post Diwali it becomes difficult to breathe in Delhi.. I don’t know where you live but i always fall sick. My throat becomes super painful and my cough has black particles in it. It’s disgusting. Imagine someone who is already suffering..
