Which episode is this? Is it when Krishna is leaving Vrindavan? They did a role reversal from the first episode scenes , love how you have captured these parallels in GIFs !

New Rani promo mein toh kaafi OTT lag rahi thi, so I dunno baaki epis mein kaisi hai.....the premise of the marriage looks too dumb....and I don't know kaisi/kaunsi friendship kar li hai when their initial meetings were so random.

And is her dad STILL in jail? WTF🤣.....and yeh abhi tak employ nahin hui us family mein kya? Promos mein toh initially isko driver/maid dikhaa rahe the....but she still seems to be roaming around in these gaaon waale clothes.

Arre ho gayi this na manager tabhu toh chandler pe latki thi but seems like phir fire bhi ho gayi ek epi ka title hai idk kyon kab kaise neither do i care woh toh yeh promo dikha toh i checked out an epi lol I don't Plan to watch either caz ehh otherwise stupidity is too much and word ke bas pundits throwing her out and shaadi ho gayi😆 but seems like it will be simultaneous to his wedding with woh lame blond girl caz inki shaadi ki rasams are chalu so yeh randomly ussi time ghar ke jaayega isko biwi bana ke🤣

Oh wow, the Reva-Yogesh wedding went on that long? Haha mujhe details nahin yaad😆.....but I do think it's soon after this that the unraveling begins for Kesar in terms of his MU-ing Gulaal.....so hopefully that should come soon for you to watch😆

Aww thanks, Spidie! I'm glad you liked it so much :) Yes, I've also always felt the song suits Kesar-Gulaal's story so much....very few stories can live up to the intensity and turmoil in the song....but this one does.

Yeah, this is the epi (It's epi 361 on Hotstar) when Krishna is about to (FINALLY😆) leave Barsana to go kill Kans😆....basically Radha makes three promises to him about how she will bid him farewell by doing his tilak, then sakhiyon ke saath wala goodbye, and then finally this goodbye with colors.

Basically around this phase, we see a Radha who has fully accepted her eternal love for him, knows he's divya/supernatural but doesn't know that he is Narayan or that she is Prem ki Devi Radha😆....she just seems to think that he is a great figure who can do supernatural things and who is meant to go and kill Kans to save his birth parents. So she's all sad about him leaving, but doesn't want her love to hold him back.....so they had this whole series of emotional goodbye epis....ek mein Tilak kiya (Krishna stopped time with a snap of his fingers and Radha restarted time with a snap of her fingers😆), then one Viraah raas with all the gopis and finally this rangon wala goodbye. I liked the combo of bittersweet playfulness and then the transition to heartbroken goodbye in this scene.....yep, they did a bit of a role reversal from the first epi ka goodbye scene....in this one, Krishna became the one saying goodbye instead of Radha like it happened in the first epi.

One of the reasons I wanted to do the rewatch was also to get clarity on what they showed in the epis when Radha crosses those 7 steps of love and accepts her love for Krishna😆. In the build up to that, they kept showing Krishna saying that Radha will know his full truth, she will know her own full truth....toh it seemed like it would mean everything including that they are Laxmi-Narayan, that they lived in Golok, then the curse etc.....but the only "full truth" Radha learnt in that bit was that Krishna is "divya", and that he has helped her discover her own "divyata" and it's all cuz they are anant premi😆....so she learns that she too can snap her fingers and do magic....but she doesn't associate that magic with being fully divine herself😆.

This is the reason why the makers keep things vague about the level to which Radha understands the full scope of Krishna's divinity😆.....they never show her participating in the talks between Mahadev-Krishna-Parvati when they are all in "Godly discussion" mode😆.....she is still shown mostly as a human who gets their darshan sometimes but doesn't talk to them like a peer Goddess😆.....isliye woh recent epi mein when Krishna stopped time while Saambh was falling down that cliff, toh Radha bhi freeze ho gayi thi😆.....Krishna hasn't let her onto the full truth yet. The makers are likely saving that for the last epi😆.

LMAO oh god I'd forgotten about his blonde fiancee😆.....haan I guess he will switch last minute into marrying Rani....but seriously this is too lame and random a reason for a shaadi....token shaadi hi karni thi toh aur bahut easy cliched tropes the to use.....in logon se utna bhi na ho paaaya...smh😆

Tumhari fault nahi hai woh hai hi itni forgettable 😆 I swear man itna lame reason also suddenly Mrs banke she is allowed to be in the same mandir hain? I didn’t quite get why she wasn't allowed was it caz she is poor or that has to do with caste ? Anyway the whole premise is so BS and the show turned into nonsense very fast so who cares really bas yeh promo funny laga tha mujhe with the ott pandit pushing her 😆

This isn't really a rant but a small thing that was disturbing to hear was daiba calling gulaal yashoda after the DV. Don't get me wrong I have no doubt on gulaal ka intention and I know gulaal and kear have a very pure relationship and she does view him as her child only or had been all along so the DV didn't changed much in terms of their bonding as abhi keaar is still bacha and again gulaal ka reason was to protect him only and raise him nd fulfill their sapna and all I get it and she may still remain only that much caring towards him and can show that affection and that's fine and I wouldn't have had issue with it had she been called that before the DV caz it was true but uhhh now ot just sounds wrong caz no matter what the rishta has changed she can be protective and be the Kavach and all but plz don't call her his mom after the DV that just sound so bothersome. Or well it was a bit hullo What are you saying to me. Again am not doubting the purity of their relationship and I love them but maybe she could've used a better word to mention gulaal ki care to detail in matter of kesar. You can't say she is a mother after all that happened woh bohat nasty sound karta hai idk I felt that ezp given that e entirely they will fix things and will be the end game and resolve all that. Ab DV ka baad to Matt bolo usse yashoda. I loved the kavach scene btw😃

Haha the infamous "Gulaal is like a mother to Kesar" dialogue from Daibaa😆......ultimately what it came down to was the explanation that Daibaa needed to give to herself and to Paanbaa to "accept" the DV. Paanbaa was clearly very disturbed by the idea of Gulaal marrying a child Kesar.....she had stopped talking to Gulaal in the aftermath of that too. What Daibaa seemed to be trying to do here was suggest that Gulaal is like a guardian figure in Kesar's life more than a wife....and woh guardian ko extrapolate kar ke "mother" banaa diya.....lol.....waise she only said this in 1-2 scenes pre-leap.....no one ever said this about Gulaal-Kesar after that😆.

I guess the larger point was that Gulaal played many roles in Kesar's life....it's a very complex, multi-layered equation beyond the typical labels.....since Gulaal was older than him, that guardian aspect did come in at some points....since she had in a sense "raised" him during a period of his childhood, there was a mothering aspect involved too. The point the story was trying to make I think was that even a wife in many ways does mother her husband.....just that in the case of Gulaal-Kesar, we got to see an older Gulaal with a child Kesar so that equation looked different then....but as Kesar grows older, that relationship obviously shifts.

The makers actually balanced all those shades so brilliantly.....this was the only show that did such a great job of showing the evolution of those emotions but never let it get awkward or uncomfortable.....there was so much passion and angst, but they always maintained the balance just right without ever making it tacky or in your face "hawt" for the heck of it. That is why I admire this story so much....what can on paper sound so awkward as a premise was evolved so beautifully in the performances and execution.

As I said I get it that she was his guardian and was like a mother in many ways and that was since the very start and nothing changed as such in the way they interacted for her he was still a harmless child she had to protect and raise as part of their sapna somebody she viewed as her "son" with so much affection and care and all that is fine but the reality of all that changed the moment they were bonded into DV. She may not acknowledge it just yet and I understand that too why Gulaal doesn't want to behave any different and why for her it is just naam ka DV a reason for her to stay in talsagra with pride and to fulfill her promises. It's not like gulaal had any intention to hold kesar back once he grew up in anyway infact she at the very moment promised ke uski bhi shaadi karwayegi and all that. But yet labeling it as his "mother" after DV that too from someone as experienced as daiba who is supposed to be the eldest is just I would count that as her denial at this point to be at some peace in my mind caz otherwise it sounds so weird that ghar ke bade the most experience log are calling gulaal his mother after all that happened that just tarnished so much into their bond idk it doesn't sit right with me and it's not like the DV has changed the perception i have for them mere liye they are still the best buddies of each other the support system the strength but maa ka literal tag dena plz. Ya toh phir label less hi rehne do daiba plz ehsaan kar do and maa ya behan toh Matt bolo after the dv that makes such a pure relationship look rather sketchy and not right atleast to me. I hope ke yeh one of the rare occasions hi ho caz that made me angry a bit.

Anyway if she won't repeat it that often toh I will forget it soon as that is the perk of binging one doesn't get hung over one particular word for too long😆
