So in my opinion its correct to give a winner tag to someone who has gone least no of fouls .

Rahul started with scaring Niki that he'll disqualify her preferred contestant if she does something wrong

If Rule was broken then disqualify Jasmin then and there

Escavtly. May be he was hoping by end they wld get a clear winner. Yaa fir kavita bhi koi rule break karti. Now nothing of that sort happens. Both ladies sit beyond 24 hours. And one has to make a decision. Jasmin broke one rule. Kavita I guess didnt as per the promo.

So there is nothing wrong in making kavita win.
