The purpose of the jail task was to punish the person who deserved the punishments based on deeds and characteristics that lead to those deeds.

Using expletives in the house, ruining the energy of the house by shouting all the time, etc. may not necessarily be crimes, but from BBs perspective, they do have negative implications on the housemates.

Also, Eijaz has been faking his injury. His nagin dance was a prime example. He definitely deserved to go to jail for lies, deceit, and obvious noise pollution.
