I fully agree with your statement but considering the makers practically nothing cannot be ruled out.

So far no Naagin's mate has ever turned negative but Veer could turn into one perhaps due to Markat's evil influence & that's where the real problem starts.

Viewers ko Love Story toh kabhi mila nahi but Hate Story zaroor milega between the couple.

I agree that makers can surprize us. Then they shouldn't be surprized when TRP doesn't turn up. Frankly, I believe if Adi Naagin can be hypnotized then so can Veeranshu Singhania. So anything is possible. But no villainy from the guy.
