She is still on her way to know more about Vansh...It will be a long way for Ridhhima to explore all about Vansh and than accept him completely.. People don't understand that she directly got married to a stranger...If she is taking her time to know and trust Vansh..than its normal for her to make mistakes .

Ridhhima's behavior is nothing surprising.... And she is not entirely at fault.
She doesn't know Kabir's truth yet. Kabir was the first man she loved and thought of him as her family. She was with him for 2 long years.....right now she might not be in love with him but she still trusts him as a police officer.
And she tried telling Vansh twice about her past but boss ne saaf saaf manaa kar diya. And after watching that car trunk footage, instead of confronting her directly he played mind games with her, numbed her to stop her and gave her twisted dialogues. So whatever is happening he is equally responsible.
Obviously she is an impulsive indecisive fool and her hypocrisy is not justified but whatever she did in the last few episodes, from her POV she rescued an innocent girl from getting murdered by her husband and the main point of doing it was to prevent her husband from committing a crime.
Today Sia showed her a mirror and made her realise what actually she is doing....betraying her husband, though it's unintentional. And Ridhhu at least accepted it.
We are gonna get more of her irritating acts but let's face it guys....THIS WAS BOUND TO HAPPENπ€·ββοΈ..... Whatever will happen in the upcoming episodes is the beginning of her learning the truth. So just relax and enjoy.
