Neither can do any of the roles that the other did.

Konkana is a natural but I doubt if she can pull off roles like what kangana did in fashion..I’m yet to see konkona in a dramatic , OTT role and nail it

On the other hand, kangana dialogue delivery sometimes jars on the ears...

Konkona is far more skilled in terms of putting in convincing performances but kangana can pull off a more diverse range of roles and has more range

Konkona is incapable of doing a Datto, Fashion, Queen and Manikarnika.

Kangana can easily do a Wake Up Sid, Page 3, Mr & Mrs Iyer and 15 Park Avenue.

Kangana is much more versatile, talented and superior actress.

The answer is obvious. Konkona's range is much much wider. Kangana is fine but on her best day she struggles to move outside her mold ie either tough or zany/off beat characters.

Konkona has fitted effortlessly into Yashraj films like Aaja Nach Le and Laaga Chunari, Metroo mellow films like Wake Up Sid (she killed it in this one), Omkara, Page 3, Bengali cinema, high brow critically acclaimed films and everything in between.

TBH, if Manikarnika was a better made and less shrill film, I could even see Konkona as Rani Laxmibai- maybe it wouldnt be so big budget but she would nail the part. And she's a multiple National Award winner too so *cough cough*

I feel Konkona's acting is repetitive. I don't see her playing the character but playing herself in the character.

So I voted for Kangana.
