She’s never put up with continuous abuse from anyone and never in a situation where Saraansh’s well-being wasn’t involved.
She accepted Saraansh as her own and put up with name calling etc but was able to do it for him. And eventually the society folks obviously moved on. Somewhat sort of I guess lol
She accepted the Rajeev accident blame but that also had Saraansh‘s well-being factored in to her reasoning.
She ridiculously took on the pill switch blame from the nurse. But to me that’s different. I’m a professional, and In my line of work- there’s a code- you don’t ever throw your staff under the bus. If there were a mistake made With a client- it would be my responsibility to fix it and take ownership even if it’s someone else’s screwup. In the same vein, Pree’s the doctor and Neerja was her patient. She obviously expected the Board to understand mistakes happen and to move on. Especially b/c she handled Neerja’s post delivery care so well. She didn’t expect Ru to roll in, make the story worse and have her fired.
Had she known this she would have played it different. Such as yesterday for example- she stopped Ru from divulging the fact that they tampered with the DNA Evidence. She wasn’t idiotically willing to go to jail lol
So from the way I see it, she has been selfless and accepted a worse lot in life b/c of Saraansh. But with this MU track, Ru is hurt by her and is hurting her. She put up with it. It had nothing to do with Saraansh. She says over and over, she doesn’t care what ppl believe and doesn’t care to resolve their misunderstanding etc. And she doesn’t. She doesn’t take abuse and steps in when others are abusive to save victims - multiple times with Ballu and Ahana for example.
But she selflessly accepted so much harsh behaviour from Ru. For his good. And nothing to do with Saraansh. So her behaviour has had subtle differences I feel...
